There needs to be a deeper pocket, however. I think it's a great idea way the sections can be labeled to allow you to write your own note. When you have documents in, you cannot see each other at the top because the dividers are not deep enough.

Although these are excellent file dividers, the hooks for over the cubicle wall are not flexible and won't expand over the wall if you want them to. They had to be heated and bent out by a mechanic from the metal shop. Other than that, they are fine.
