Because they are 10" deep (and 10" tall), the length of your binders is a consideration. They are three in number. If you have binders that are very wide, you may only be able to fit one or two of them. Thank you for your time and consideration.
I don't remember where the holders are made because I threw out the packaging when I first bought them a year ago. However, a year later, when they're holding magazines and other items on a shelf, they look lovely.
Right now, I'm not in a position to respond to that question. Until June 10th, I'll be out of the country. I'm going to say 4-. 5 inches. They are my favorite. They're sturdy, and they helped me organize my home office in a limited amount of space.

These are not something I would recommend buying. They're bad enough that I'm thinking about replacing them after a few months of use, and I despise waste; they're not difficult to put together, but they don't hold their shape very well. The front piece is supposed to tuck in and hold the entire shape together; It doesn't, and as a result, the whole thing wants to fall apart. They sit reasonably well, but sliding them or picking them up at all necessitates the use of two hands to ensure that your files do not fall out all over the place. br>br>The size is just big enough to fit in my manilla folders. And, as you can see in the illustration, I'm asking them to carry a lot of weight. But a set I bought from Target's dollar section eight years ago works perfectly, and I've dismantled and reassembled the Target ones several times. I'll be on the lookout for a different set that is glued or secured all the way around the sides, with only the base allowing for flat folding - At the very least, the sides will not attempt to burst open.
It's just terrible! br>They were all shrink-wrapped and the box tabs were crushed. When I removed the wrapper, one of the three was already bent. It took a long time to put them together. They don't sit flat, so I had to reinforce the bottoms with clear packing tape. (It didn't work at all!) I don't have much in them, and they appear to be on the verge of ripping and falling apart!! br>br>I bought three for $12. They appear to be from the Dollar Store! (Comes in a set of three! )br>br>These are lovely, but they are NOT WORTH IT! I'm just tired of it, and I'm going back. br>br>DO NOT BUY!.
I was worried because so many reviews said it was a flimsy product, and I've used a lot of magazine/paper holders in my time. So I was pleased to discover that they were made of sturdy cardboard, and that they were simple to put together because each flap was numbered, and there were instructions on the holder itself to show which flap went where. I'm using them to organize piles of papers, and they're already assisting me in organizing my life; additionally, I enjoy Van Gogh paintings, so they add a splash of color to my room, and I know which category of papers is housed in each one.
I bought these magazine holders to keep my sewing patterns in, and they're great! It was simple to assemble. I'll definitely pick up more of these if I ever run out!.
Remove yourself from the situation. Horrible product poorly constructed I could have bought this at a Dollar Tree just like other reviewers mentioned I had to use tape to hold the bottom together as much as a nice design it serves no purpose when it's so flimsy it won't hold any folders or books don't buy if you want to feel like a fool do not buy if you want to feel like a fool.
Although they were relatively simple to "fold into place," the bottom flaps on two of them did not fit properly, affecting balance. They wouldn't be able to withstand regular use with this system, so I used a few drops of PVC glue on the flaps after they were put together and let them sit overnight with food cans inside to keep everything flat. They've improved, but I wouldn't put much stock in them just yet. Also, I couldn't fit my daughter's regular size school folders in them straight, so I had to place them corner-to-corner. I filled that one with heavier notebooks because it was in the corner. The folders did fit in the other two holders, so I tried them in the third and they fit - So I'm guessing there was a flap sticking up or out somewhere that I wasn't aware of, and when I put the heavier notebooks in it, the flap got pushed into place, allowing the folders to fit. In a nutshell, they'll most likely keep my daughter organized for her remote-control adventures. They're good for learning and they're pretty, but I wouldn't use them at home. I don't think they'll hold up in an office setting.
I put them on a cheap little black plastic rolling cart, and it looks so much nicer now.
I bought these to organize the music books I rarely use on a high shelf as a music teacher and church musician. They're so simple to put together and look great that I'm going to order a few more today to put on lower shelves with my other books and sheet music collections, as well as the teaching music I use with my students. Keeping flexible books in a holder like this prolongs the life of the book bindings and prevents them from sagging on the shelf. br>br>The holders are made of thick cardboard that has been laminated. All you have to do now is fold the bottom flaps together. My paperback books aren't too bulky to cause the base to collapse. However, if you read books or magazines that are made of concrete or lead, you may want to reinforce the bottoms with postal tape. (This is my rebuttal to some of the other reviews. ).
