Mine are made of a canvas-like material with a rubber coating on it. They are not toxic in my opinion. For the past month, I've been using mine. It's a great asset to me. It keeps the laundry off of our bedroom floor by putting it on hold.
I believe they are, but if you're going to do it, you should wash it in cold water, hang it to dry, and iron it.
Mine, too, came without instructions, and the pieces in the video weren't even the same as the ones in the box!
Because the bags are made of 6D Oxford cloth, they will not be able to stand on their own.

So far, everything has gone well. I just got it today, and I'm really excited about it. This was a breeze to put together and looks fantastic! I'd wanted one for a long time and was finally able to find one that had good reviews and wasn't too expensive. br>(I used iron-on material and my Cricut cutting machine to make my own labels. ).
It was only for a short period of time. It was purchased on May 29, 2019 and is already tearing apart, indicating that it is not very durable. br>Updated on January 14th, 20th: a delightful surprise - Without my request, I received an email requesting replacements. I'm not sure if the hampers will be of higher quality, but customer service is a ten out of ten! Thank you very much. br>Updated on 1/22/20: I still haven't received my replacement laundry bags. Being optimistic! br>REPLACEMENTS HAVE FINALLY BEEN RECEIVED! It's better to be late than never. For customer service, I'm giving it four stars.
Initially, I was concerned that the bags would be too small to accommodate our laundry, but they held far more than I anticipated and performed admirably. They're strong, and picking one up by the handle and carrying it to the laundry room is simple. I don't have to sort my laundry anymore, which saves me a lot of time. I labeled mine black, white, colors, and towels. All I have to do now is grab a bag, toss it in the washer, and turn it on. I can't tell you how much I adore them! br>br>I also used vinyl to label my records. It was simple to do with a regular iron, though because the material heats up quickly, I pressed for about 7 minutes. Allow for a few seconds of cooling before pressing again. There will be no sorting of laundry before it is washed again! WARNING: br>br> The trim will melt if you use an iron on it, so stay away from it! It took me a long time to figure out what I needed to know. For the standard content: If you don't use parchment paper between the iron and the material, it'll almost certainly melt. Also, be careful with the heat; overheating can result in melting.
As mentioned in another review, the item arrived with a piece of the unit that was not manufactured correctly, making it impossible to assemble from the start. If I do not receive the correct pieces in a timely manner, I will return. I'll update if I receive the correct piece and have a chance to use it. br>br>UPDATE: The pieces were not manufactured incorrectly; rather, the instructions were revised, and my shipment included the old, ineffective version. br>br>I was given the correct version and should be able to assemble and use the product, and the seller was very prompt and helpful.
As I rolled my laundry to the laundry room, it started to fall apart! And yes, I tightened the bolts to a tee! Any crack in the floor causes the wheels to become stuck! It was literally too heavy for me to lift and carry! Come on, the brakes on the wheels are bigger than the wheels themselves. It has terrible support for holding clothes, especially considering it's supposed to carry four bags! The material is of poor quality, and the structure is shoddy. This was not worth the money I paid for it, much less the TIME I SPENT BUILDING AND RETURNING IT!.
After four scotches, if you have a lot of clothes, it won't roll and will wobble like your grandfather.
The laundry sorter came with all of the necessary components and was simple to assemble. Other than the ones provided, no additional tools are required. The bags are a little on the small side, but this isn't a big deal. A single set of king-size sheets would fill a bag to the brim. Wet towels or clothing should not be left in the bags for an extended period of time because they will sour and mildew. For me, it's a win-win situation.
It appears to be a high-quality product, and my husband had no trouble putting it together. From start to finish, I doubt he took more than 30 minutes. The materials all appear to be of good, durable quality, but it does appear to be a tad bit smaller than it appeared pictured online; I was expecting each bag to be a little taller and wider to hold a little more clothes in each one. I'm still pleased with my purchase, and I believe the hamper will assist me in maintaining some control over the laundry in my home. br>**UPDATE** Now that I've had this hamper for a few months, I'm so glad I bought it. Eh bag holds a surprising amount of laundry, far more than I had anticipated. In each bag, I can fit at least two loads! This is a book that I strongly recommend.
