This product fits perfectly in the space I needed it to and performs exactly as expected. However, one of the bags has a tear at a critical seam after only four months of proper use. I inquired about getting a replacement bag from the manufacturer. At first, I was told that they could do it because I only needed to show proof of purchase and damage. I quickly sent a photo of the damage and a copy of the invoice, and the response email stated that they no longer had this product and that I would have to contact Amazon to arrange a return or replacement. I was not happy with this option because I was already using the product, but then I received an email from the manufacturer asking if I would accept a partial refund. They offered a low number, I countered with what I thought was a fair refund because one of the four bags was defective, and then they offered me another low number. I accepted the low refund offer because, frankly, I was tired of arguing over pennies. I'm not impressed at all with how the company handled this situation. especially since I was willing to PURCHASE a new bag.

I've just accepted it as a fact of life. It's the same in our laundry room hallway. It has an HVAC closet, a half bath, and a laundry room that isn't big enough to be a laundry room in the first place. (I can't tell you how many times I curse that room's layout while doing laundry. ) )br>br>As a result, I required - anything at all – in order to assist in the organization of things We have kids, and my husband goes through clothes as if he's playing a joke on me (which he probably is), so I always have a lot of laundry. It was a mess in the hallway, which was crammed with random hampers. Then I came across this! Yay! br>br>Now, my laundry hallway is the most organized space in my house (yes, you're right, it's a sad state of affairs). There are bins for everyone, as well as others for different types of linens. Everything has its place, everyone knows where their clothes go, and everyone knows that if they don't follow the rules, mom will lose her mind. Hooray! Laundry will always be there, and it will never end, but sorting it will be a lot easier now. br>br>Also, very sturdy, easy to assemble (my three-year-old assisted me), bags are holding up well, and there have been no issues thus far - They've been in heavy use for a few months now. It was well worth it! (I tried a few others and came up with nothing. ) This was, without a doubt, the best!).

tools for cleaning I've been using it for at least 6 months and will never use another single bin hamper again. This was simple to put together, move around, and the pieces/materials are of excellent quality. I added small stickers to the front bar to indicate lights, darks, jeans, and towels, so we can keep our laundry organized. We only do a section of laundry when a specific bag is full, which allows us to stay on top of things. You will almost certainly not be disappointed if you purchase this item!.

The fabric is actually quite heavy. It isn't made of the thin reusable grocery bag material that will degrade after a few months. It's built to last. The directions are simple to follow. Quickly delivered. br>br>The tools provided do the job, but the Allen key began to round off and the wrench began to bend, but this did not detract from the overall quality for me. To put the second one together, I simply used tools that I already had. However, the tools provided were able to complete the project without causing any major issues. So even if you don't have an Allen key or a crescent wrench, you'll be able to put it together.

I liked this hamper, but after about a week of use and finally doing its first load of laundry, one of the transfer strip's wheels bolts bent. (Transition strip from carpet to hardwood, etc. ) The wheel is about to snap off, and I really like the wheels. It's not difficult to maneuver, though it's probably easier if you don't have as much laundry as I do. For me, this hamper arrangement was ideal. I wish I knew how to fix the wheel because this hamper is ideal for my four-person family. It was simple to assemble and aids in the organization of laundry!.

For the first time, your laundry room will be the center of attention. It makes sorting laundry a breeze, lolbr> You can sort your clothes in the bags, then take them off the stand and throw them in the washer. The bags, to be honest, aren't as large as I'd like. Overall, I like the look of the stand; it gives your laundry room a clean, organized appearance. It was very simple to put together. This is something I would strongly suggest.

Basically, I wanted something with four sections so that I wouldn't have to waste time sorting through our dirty laundry before washing it; Dark clothes are in one section, light clothes are in the second, and whites are in the third. Our underwear and socks come in fourth place. We've been using it for about a month now, and I'm in love with it! It does the job, is very sturdy, simple to put together, and has dependable wheels. I rolled it all over the house (carpet). The wheels did not get stuck once while testing it out on wood. I was a little hesitant about it because it appears that each section won't hold much, but I just started washing our clothes yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. It's been a month, and not only do I, but also my husband, put our clothes in there.
