There is no structure to the bag, so if the tree is loaded in, it's likely to be lopsided regardless of how the load is positioned. Unlike the wheeled bottom, which has the cardboard anchor, the rack bottom has no hardboard, neither to serve as a bottom nor to provide even a drop of stability to the rack. If you try to lift the bag and use its wheels to roll, it's much easier to slide it across the floor.
