BELOW ARE MY ORIGINAL PRODUCT REVIEWS FROM DECEMBER 2018 AND MY UPDATE FROM 1 to 4 stars because of the great customer service A review of 1 stars - Original * "Tear resistant" does not mean tear proof, buyer beware, Bag only lasts for one use* When I received this bag, I had such a great feeling! pictures of undamaged bag). I did initially notice that the actual storage bag did not match the online or packaged photo, but that did not bother me since I am still very satisfied with Luckily, my 5 foot tree (photo of the tree box my tree came in) fit inside the bag just fine. I put it in my attic for next year without a problem. This was what I found 1 year later, after having not used it at all and merely taking it out of storage. (See photo with holes) When I retrieved the bag straight out of the attic, the first tear along the seam was found. The bag also had some small rips along the seams that weren't accompanied by major tears. The bagged tree was picked up a couple more times and the seam began to lift. The handle was ripped and the handle was stretched. It wasn't too big or heavy for the bag, nor was it too heavy for the tree. In spite of this, even after lifting it a couple of times, the storage bag is no longer functional. Putting it all together, it cost me only $12 to purchase this Christmas tree storage bag. In conclusion, if you are willing to spend that much on a storage bag and use it only once, then this is the bag I'm sorry - A 4 STAR REVIEW IS NOW AVAILABLE My customer service email apologizing for the unfortunate and apparent unusual experience with this bag came not long after my previous review of the item. An upgrade was sent to me right away as a compensation. This means I've had a second bag to use this year when it comes time to pack up my tree. As a matter of fact, I did not use this for Our family travels a lot, so family members are always present at swim meets. My son is a swimmer, so we always have family members with us. At all meets, folding chairs (also known as ball chairs) are always available. It's easy and quick to take the chairs inside this bag instead of having several chairs in my trunk, since they won't slide around so much. My trunk takes up less room if the chairs are in one bag instead of several chairs in my trunk. The swim season is over, so I've been storing the swim suits in my garage, but they're safely contained in a bag to avoid any dust or bugs. Take care not to overdo it. Eight standard size chairs fit in the bag, and another five could have easily fit in there as well. The bag has held up great so far, and so far the bag has worked out great. The bag is a great way to store more than just Christmas trees as it is an inexpensive way to store a lot of different things.

I have a three section 7' tree with a stand and skirt and this is perfect. It seems to be a little fragile and not lasting long. As when you open it, there is no bottom support. It's like a giant grocery You will need to pick up the bag with care, as whatever is inside will slide and cave in to the center, exerting pressure on the bottom. In order to add support, I had to cut a cardboard box to length so there is no chance it could tear When I picked up the bag with the tree inside it, one of the rods poked out through the side. Based on the bag's material, it did not break completely through, but there is a possibility it could have. It was necessary to tape the ends together. A great many precautions must be taken.

It came with my tree, my Christmas decorations, but when I looked at it the other day there was already a hole in it and it had been sitting in my storage closet ever since. I have updated As a result of my first review, the company contacted me with information about my bag being defective. They offered me the option of receiving a refund or I've been very impressed with suj's customer service. It's hard to find dedicated customer service these days, especially with all the things on the internet.

I'm impressed by the quality of this. A couple of days ago, it arrived. It came in a manilla envelope and was incredibly compact considering the size of the tree it holds. My expectation was that the box would have to be shipped. According to the instructions, it is suitable for trees up to 9 feet in height. There is a tree 7 feet tall in my backyard. There is enough room to stack it Therefore, I will assume that as long as the pieces are not overly long, you could certainly fit a nine foot tree, as long as the pieces are not too long.
I like the fact that it is red, so it LOOKS like it may be something for Christmas. That's just one of my strange quirks. A rip stop material is used to make it. So far, I have only had it for a couple of days, so I cannot comment on its The one-star reduction is simply due to the fact that I thought the rectangle would turn out to be beautiful. The results are not so great, as you can see. While I do recommend it, it isn't a must.

After reviewing the bag, they emailed me to tell me they would send me a replacement bag that was bigger. received the bag today, and I am totally satisfied with it and the customer service. I'm so happy to deal with a company that takes the time to get to know No one seems to know how they got their Christmas trees into It was only possible to fit the bottom of my 7' artificial tree into the bag, and the metal trunk had to stick out from There is not enough room in the bag to accommodate the two other sections. My whole tree did not fit and now they are out of stock for two more weeks, so I'm thinking I'll order another one. However, I'm extremely disappointed to find out it is out of stock for two more.
