Questions & Answers
They're tough, but they don't come with screws; I'd use a 1 1/2" screw instead. I'm sure they can hold 40 pounds, but don't hang your child on one of these hooks if he weighs more than that.
They're not going to fit in the racks' channels! Screws are used to attach the piece to the wall!
I believe they would, as long as it is securely anchored in a wall stud. I use large hooks to hold bikes.

These are some fantastic hooks. A range of sizes to aid in the organization of our small garage. Screws and dry wall anchors are included in the package. We use them to keep weed eaters, extension cords, and a ladder in place. I am pleased with my purchase.
The items are easy to put together and are extremely durable. I debated whether I wanted the variety pack (which I got) or just more longer pieces at the time of purchase. More of the longer pieces, in my opinion, would have been better. The problem with the variety pack is that the smaller "hooks" are, well, smaller. So, unless you have the longer hooks with extra space, if you buy or find an extra shovel or rake, it won't fit. Just keep this in mind before making a purchase. This product, once again, is deserving of a five-star rating because it does exactly what it claims to do. Before you buy anything, think about the product mix. Would you feel more at ease if all of the pieces were long? Only the longer pieces will be my next purchase (and I will make more).
They fit perfectly on a "Flowwall" and are an excellent product for the price. I deducted one point because the gauge isn't as thick as my original flowwall hooks, but they're still quite heavy and affordable. br>br>They are individually bagged in plastic and come in a smaller box than expected due to the fact that they are expertly fitted inside one another like a puzzle.
Excellent, I use these to hang my scuba equipment at my dive school. I like the coated hooks because they keep my delicate equipment in place and don't slip like standard hooks do when it gets wet. Shipping was lightning fast, and the product was ready to use right away. All twelve of these items were installed on drywall-covered walls with just a single screw driver. Other tools may be required for your installation, but these are simple to hang and have withstood the abuse of hanging wet equipment on a daily basis and moving things around as equipment is used. This purchase comes highly recommended.
There was a lot of plastic waste, and the drill bit size instructions for installation were missing. The hooks appear to be of adequate quality. I've mounted two of them, but have yet to hang anything from them. One star is deducted because this package contains a large amount of plastic waste that will end up in a landfill. In light of the current state of the environment, it appears to be particularly wasteful. Other materials, instead of plastic, could be used to wrap these hooks. One more star deducted because the instructions state to drill a hole but do not specify the size (drill bit size), which is critical when hanging items.
These are pretty cool, huh? I hung these hooks on a 2X4 that I had installed along the inside wall of my backyard shed. They have a great appearance and are very durable. The only criticism I have is that they are too narrow to accommodate items such as my Axe or mattox. Shovels, rakes, and other similar tools are fantastic. br>br>The manufacturer manufactures sheetrock and masonry wall anchors. I'd suggest putting up a solidly anchored mounting board for them. The sheetrock anchors appear to be strong, but they will eventually come loose.
I screwed these into a couple of long 2x4s and mounted them to a concrete wall in my garage so that I could organize all of my lawn equipment. I'm not sure what these were designed for, but they work. So far, none of my shovels, rakes, weed eater, or hedge trimmer have fallen off. I've also attached some extension cords and some miscellaneous gardening equipment. Great value for the money, and the welds have held up well so far.
