The piece is sturdy and well made. Despite the simplicity of the assembly, a Phillips screwdriver was needed. The step-by-step instructions were well written and illustrated, and I was able to complete it in a half hour. Our family loved it instantly, and we were thrilled to find that all of our size 11 shoes fit into the slots without hanging out as we thought they would. One issue we would like to have addressed is an additional adjustable shelf for each end so we could store 12 pairs My first step was to go to the website listed on the instructions and email customer service to inquire whether extra shelves and shelf support pins could be purchased. I received a response within a few hours. As a gesture of good will, they told me they didn't sell parts, but as a gesture of good will, they'd send me two shelves and eight pins. . . shipped at no cost to me! A tracking number was provided to me by the next day! What could possibly be better than that? It is safe to say we are very impressed with the level of customer service they provided. Add to that the product was excellent, and we are very happy with it. This book is highly.

I would have given it five stars if not for the fiberglass During unpacking, it is important not to damage two of the long pieces of wood with fiberglass! During the process of picking up the piece, my husband cut his hand and we had to thoroughly clean the rug we were building on since the blood bled on it

This product is great because it supports my 265 pound self when putting shoes on and taking them off. The cushion seems like it will be able to stand up to heavy use. I can fit my men's 12" length sneakers in any slot on this rack. Shoes and boots of greater than 4 inches in height can be stored in these four We like the look of the wood in our mud room, and it seems durable. It would be recommended. The assembly was completed within 45 minutes by myself, but could be completed much more quickly with two.

One of the things I like about the unit is that its compartments are 9 1/2 inches wide, which means it can really hold a pair of men's shoes side by side. Almost all other styles have narrower One of the only problems is that there are no guide holes in the back panel, which is in two pieces, holding together poorly with a flimsy plastic strip, and supposed to be attached with 18 little screws. After trying for the first time to install the back panel, I decided to skip it. There's no reason to bother with it. It's worthless as A one-piece structure would be easier to maintain, and it would be much stronger Similar to the other pieces, the pieces are also drilled. It leaves the screws holding the top to the sides exposed because the pad is about an inch too short. It does a nice job of covering the entire top, but is not quite long enough to cover all of it.

This is an easy and fast buy, easy to assemble, and My experience with negotiating Craigslist and LetGo ended here and I thought that was the way it should be, direct to your door, took me about 20 minutes to build with my 12V auto screwdriver, it would probably be tough if I had to do it by hand. Seeing as the backdrop was facing a wall, I declined to use the backing. It fits my size 13 sneakers exactly, feels solid, and it matches the description on Amazon. I'm very pleased with the purchase. I totally agree that it is worth the money not to have to drive around all day at stores in case you find something you really do not like, but you settle for because you are tired.
