Through the pictures I saw online, I fell in love with this bench. I placed my order, and it came very Since my dad is an avid handyman, I have helped him with a wide variety of projects as a child, including electrical wiring, flooring, furniture assembly, mounting, etc. Since we needed this bench assembled at the time, I didn't think twice about who would assemble it. was really impressed with how it looked in our new house, and the storage was awesome, too! Unfortunately, it took 3 weeks before I was able to reach out to the customer support team for a replacement part.

I will mention, their customer support is excellent they are friendly, attentive, and quick to send the replacement part without charging. During the second time I took the bench apart and then rebuilt it again because I was still doubtful that I might have been the cause of the part breaking. I looked over the same spot for a full week and a half, but it ruptured exactly the same way. In my attempt to resolve my frustration, I wanted to get in touch with their customer support team, however after doing some research, I discovered that their warranty is 30 days, and that since I purchased this bench a month before I moved, the warranty was void. It was still in its box when I left my old apartment, which was 3 weeks ago. Despite my outward disappointment, I really wanted to like the That was such a sad way to end my day.

The low ratings may be due to a lack of knowledge. I was able to complete everything I needed. As soon as I finished the last few steps, I realized why the hinges are placed the way they are. It is a toggle that holds the door open so you won't get hurt if it closes on you. I am also an engineer and understand how things are built. My wife helped me mate the bench door to the rest of the bench when I asked for her help. I like how it looks and works! *(I didn't get anything in return for writing this review - I was not paid or discounted in any way -.

Now I have a handy place to put them when not in use. Due to my disability, I also wanted a place where I could easily put my shoes on and take them off without having to go to something like the couch or my dining room table. My favourite thing about it is its cuteness, sturdy construction, and how easy it is to put together! My two hours of assembly went smoothly, and I finished it within two hours. The airbed and the motor that blows it up fits perfectly in there, as well as the blankets and my air mattress. In addition, I'm able to fit quite a bit of shoes I will keep one pair that I use often and leave the rest as visitors. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely get it.

It's very sturdy and I like having a fip lid to store it in. I think this product is a good value for the price. I could fit 5 pairs of men's size 12 on the bottom shelf of the shoe rack. Only assembly turned out to be a little difficult. Organizing the two boards that go inside the bench and are predrilled with holes for the hinges is tricky because they are not labeled. It was only after we assembled the whole thing that we realized the holes for the hidden panels were on the other side. We would have had to dismantle the whole thing to reverse it. The hinges were already drilled, so my husband just drilled new holes for them and it worked great. I'd highly recommend this product. It's gorgeous!.

Assembling this thing turned out to be quite simple, and oddly enough, all the holes matched up and all the parts were available. What's in the It's pressed paper stuff at a very low price. Wood is not a good material. Despite tightening them up a couple times, the screws on the hinges just keep on turning. Since they are going into "paper" wood, this is to be expected. The quality of the material is pretty poor. I would have preferred to buy something from a garage sale that is made out of wood if I had this kind of money. The bench may "look pretty," but it is likely to last for a month if it is used regularly.

As soon as you assemble the bench, you will enjoy it. Despite it being sturdy, beautiful, high quality, and everything else it is meant to be, my husband (who is not very handy), could not put it together. Even when he tried several times, he never managed to attach the legs using the cam locks. It was only the next day that I was able to get my handy brother to help. What is the assembly process like? Is it difficult or easy? It may or may not be true.

My favorite thing about this product is that I actually use it as a coffee table in my tiny apartment, since I needed something with storage underneath while playing games. I was lucky to find such a good deal. The product is of superb quality and a great size. My only complaint is that it took me a very long time to put this It was actually needed to be taken apart at one point because I had flipped a piece of good. (I would pay attention to where the screws go. You may not be able to see them! am absolutely in love with There is no comparison between the quality and price of the pieces.
