The seller kept us up to date on the progress of the construction, shipping, and so on, and the units were well-packaged and arrived without any problems. We were blown away by the level of color customization available, and we settled on a scheme that works well with their home. This is a well-finished, solid piece that will last for many years thanks to its sturdy construction and careful attention to detail. The wall unit is already assembled. Comes with mounting screws AND button covers, and is drilled at the proper distance (32") for mounting to studs. That's a great idea! br>I would recommend this product for mudroom storage!.

The set is fantastic. The styrofoam packaging has stuck to the bench's legs, and we're scraping off the last bits - Perhaps before the paint had dried, and then packaged? Both the bench and the shelf are in good condition. made. I would advise using an anti-virus program. On the bench, there is a tip connection. The shelf includes mounting screws as well as plugs to cover screw holes. We expected it to be a little bigger, but it turned out to be just right, and the packaging was excellent, with no damage. The shipping time was extremely short, and I would highly recommend this product.

I was hesitant to order furniture online, but not for this piece. It's lovely, and I'm glad I bought it. For the bench, we went with a weathered white paint with a grayish stain. It has a nice finish. The shelf unit's mounting holes matched up perfectly with studs in the wall, demonstrating excellent woodworking craftsmanship. Screws and wood plugs were even sent to conceal the screws. There were two packages included with the item. To avoid damage during shipment, they were well-protected and packaged. The seller did an excellent job of building a sturdy and well-built piece that will serve our family well for many years.

This is a stunning set. very well-made It'll look great in our new home's foyer. It arrived in good condition, with no flaws, and the shelf was simple to assemble! For a custom-made product, the price is well worth it.

Boxwood was our first choice because they had exactly what we were looking for. We purchased the set, but the bench was damaged when it arrived. Boxwood does an excellent job of packaging, but it appears that FedEx is to blame for the damage. The Cubbie with the Coat Rack was adequate. We contacted Boxwood right away, sending photos of the damage, and John instructed us to re-install the system. FedEx will pick it up if you pack it properly. FedEx was to pick up the bench, which John had scheduled. John got to work on a replacement right away and got it to us as soon as possible. If you're placing an order, make sure you unpack everything first. Age the items, particularly the bench, in such a way that they can be repackaged if you need to return them. It appears to be in excellent condition. Thank you very much, John.
