It's simple, though, if you take advantage of the fact that the side pieces extend beyond 90 degrees. Hook one end of each of the three shelves first, then rest the other end on the crossbars before clicking the other end in place one shelf at a time. I was able to fit all of my casual clothes on one side of my small closet, which nearly stretched the length of it. On it, there are exercise shoes. My two tallest pairs of boots are on the floor in front of it because it's a little taller than my previous one, but it's a huge improvement over what I had before. These are all size 7B, for your information. br>I also have a 12-year-old daughter. Over the door, there is a pocket organizer for flip-flops. My flip-flops are in clear boxes on the shelf, and my heels and boots are in clear boxes. Only about a fifth of my closet is occupied. Because my closet is only 5 feet wide, I'm always looking for ways to maximize storage and keep it tidy. I placed an order for this shoe rack quite some time ago. It was bent and wouldn't fit together when it arrived. I assumed I'd received a faulty product. It takes place! Another was placed in my shopping cart. The story is the same. Trying to get it to fit together was driving me insane. My arm was injured. As a result, I rushed to my computer to begin writing this review. I'm not going to give it another shot.
it is useful The state in which this arrived irritates me greatly. As well as some of the others- The plastic was so badly warped, according to star reviewers, that it didn't fit together at all. It appears to be of good quality; I wish I could give it five stars, but due to its non-essential nature, I am unable to. I had to return it because there is only one I can give it.
These shelves are fantastic. I purchased one to provide some additional shoe racking. I purchased a second one to stack on top of the first because they are simple to put together and expand. They go well with the dark wood in my house. wall units made of metal are ideal. It's well worth the extra money for a long-lasting, high-quality shelf that can be folded flat for easy storage. The shelf spacing on the middle racks is a little tight for my tallest heels, but they should fit under 4" heels just fine! 3 pairs across, 4 rows = 12 shoes per unit.
I realize this is a shoe rack, but it was EXACTLY the size and shape I was looking for to hold my Xbox, video games, DVDs, speakers, and other electronics, so I gave it a try and couldn't be happier. It's a breeze to put together. br>br> From the time I took everything out of the box and out of their bags, it might have taken me ten minutes. It's built to last. It is not flimsy, even though it is made for shoes. In other words, putting a game console on it instead of your fuzzy bunny slippers will not cause it to cave in. br>br>I suppose the main reason I'm writing this review is for those who may be interested in this rack for reasons other than shoes. If you're considering it, I'd advise you to do so.
I'm a Marine currently stationed in the barracks, and I have a lot of shoes that I wear on a daily basis, but there's only so much room in my barracks room to store them all. Normally, I would place them on the floor, but I have to clean underneath them every week for field day. It's inconvenient to move them, and laying them all out on the floor takes up a lot of room. Cleaning has never been easier; all I have to do now is sweep beneath the rack and I'm done. This was a cinch to assemble - It took me twice as long to open the box as it did to assemble the shelving! br>br>I've been looking for a shoe rack for a long time - I've never been able to find something that I liked the look of and could wear with enough shoes to justify the purchase.
