I was not pleased with this product. The first few came damaged, but the most important problem is the listing of the dimensions. A tall one is thirteen inches tall according to the text. The length of a quarter is 25 inches. ordering, I measured my shoes to make sure they were long enough and they were 13 inches in length. In the bottom of the box, where the shoes are kept, there were only 11x11 inches of room. I need to buy a new pair of shoes because my current shoes are 5 inches long. 13 and 2/16th of an inch is the closer measurement on top of the box. Such a pity to be duped in that way.
It helps to keep my closet organized by the fact that they are stackable so that they can hold two pairs of flats or one pair of heels, etc. I like the part where you can adjust it so you can fit two pairs of flats in one box, for example. I will also be able to pack my shoes more easily next time I decide to move, because they will already be organized and ready to be boxed. There is only one thing I don't like about the women's boxes They are not made for women with wide feet or as tall as I am. In women's shoes, I wear a size 11.
