I own over 15 different Govee products and all but this one have worked flawlessly. There was an interruption in the power supply. The power supply on this outdoor product cannot withstand wet conditions since it is an outdoor product. Having this in mind, I mounted the power supply in a way that would keep it away from direct contact with As confirmed with my multi meter, the power supply failed. We requested that Govee replace the entire device instead of just the power supply, and they did so very quickly and accurately. The move on their part was much appreciated in case of a failure of the 32' LED strip. I realize they might not have individual parts on hand. Whenever I'm in need of assistance, I turn to Govee This is the place to go for all things LED and IoT. You can count on their customer service being top notch and they provide high quality products. This was a very good all-around package very bright excellent quality easy to install excellent app. It's so hard to decide which choice to make. There is nothing else you should buy. There are fantastic products from all of them. Furthermore, I have the Immersion Lights with the camera. They are very cool, and the regular RGBIC strip lights are well worth the cost. My recommendation is to use this product.

These lights don't come in a wifi version of a larger size without the need to change the configuration. There is another option that consists of two light strips, one of them having a power supply. I did not find that suitable for my application, and it is not typically recommended for external applications. The 35ft single strip RGBIC light would be more useful if it could also be connected to I found that the setup and installation of blue tooth to be straightforward. There are a lot of features in the app, but it could be a little more user-friendly For customization, the user programming areas are friendly. It is much better than other products from other companies, as I am figuring out. Compared to the lamps, the lighting is bright and the colors are clean. Hopefully, the intensity will last and the lights will remain water-proof and continue working as they did before.

The measurement should be 8 meters, not 5 meters. This is 8 feet high! The lights in this photo are amazing. They are easier to take around turns because of the rubberized encapsulation, and they are held in place by the clips when they are mounted, and the adhesive sticks as hard as an awful middle-school nickname. My choice was to not purchase these because the description picture indicated that the black cord lead was attached to point 5 of the transmitter. It is 8 feet tall. It was a very short trip to get to where I needed to be. I've discovered that cord really is 5 ft long. A little over 19 feet, or eight meters! What a difference (and how helpful it is)! When compared to the old style RGB lights these replaced, the colors, effects, and customizability of these lights are stunning. I have only found one negative to be that you cannot cut them.
