The package arrived filthy and damaged, as if it had spent two years in someone's garage. br>Craftsman is a dreadful game. Every single one of them was covered in hot glue beads and string. br>Half of them had to be repaired. When I tried to open the nutcracker's mouth, the Cook, which I was most excited about, suffered the most damage. Its beard completely fell off. The mouths of a few of the others are broken. br>I didn't feel like I could gift something that was in such bad shape. Very let down.

Chew on the packaging that hasn't been protected

Six super cute nutcrackers were included in the package, three of which were broken. As you can see, the head has been completely severed. The product was poorly packaged and delivered in a manilla envelope, and it was clearly not worth the money. There is no protection at all for the items inside.

There was a lot of variety and detail

Because the inside sleeve of the box was not secure, the nutcrackers were scattered throughout the box when it was shipped, with nothing to keep them apart from the one next to it. Everything was fine in terms of craftsmanship, except the beard below the mouth on three of the nutcrackers was loose or off, which I had to fix.

Nutcracker parts were discovered at the bottom of the box or were missing. I won't be buying anything else. I suppose what you pay for is what you get. China, China, and more China.
