As you can see from the picture, there are no dust particles.
There are a lot of fabrics out there that are suitable for placing glue on and then covering with plastic snow. It would take a great deal of time, though!

Snow for Department 56 snow villages is not intended for use as a ground cover or decorative material. A small bag is used on the small house as a decorative item. I think there would be enough snow to make a small snow ball, and it wouldn't fall like snow either. Snow should never be used on stage as falling snow.

It was this snow that I used to set up the Snowbabies in October. The sign looked great, and stayed that way until I took it down today, An easy clean up process is involved.
In my opinion, the product is best used for decoration and is suitable for that purpose. It may be OK for an O scale model, but it was not very realistic for HO models.
As much as I wanted to use this snow, I found that there were several blue pieces of plastic and someone's hair in it.
As for my Department 56 Christmas scenes, I do not have the snow that I had in mind. resembles nothing more than shredded plastic and is not even.
My white display will now appear like snow with the addition of this I love this. There is plenty of it, and it is good quality. It is heavier than most of what I have bought in stores. It is a great product. I am very happy with it.
The village I made for Xmas is made out of this. The fact that the bag is made of plastic is fantastic. This is pretty cool, but it seems pricey.
