It sounds like you can tape the cords down and cover them with the snow rolls. You can manipulate the fabric on the snow rolls to have them higher and lower in areas, even up to the outlet, depending on where it is located, to still look like real snow and achieve your goal. It is my hope that this

Yet it is thick enough to cover and conceal the electronic components of the village. It can be easily ripped to allow for sizing and hole placement for plugs. Additionally, I don't find it to have the plasticy feel or smell of others I have tried.
It can also be used to make it look fluffy. On top of our piano, we used this and it works well. Several parts of the quilt were ripped up to give it a fluffier look, which worked just as well. My personal favorite part of it is that it doesn't leave a mess and it provides a lot more than I expected.
Nothing fluffs it up. It's been reported in other reviews, but I don't know where it comes from. In blanket form, this is the same as those flat, round cotton makeup remover pads that you use to take your makeup off. Having said that, it is also not tearing. It must be cut and then if the edges are pulled, they sort of stretch out, but leave the shape, edge or corner that You can use this if you just want a surface to be white, but if you want cotton snow that you can pull apart, this is not your best bet.
Quite frankly, I don't care for any of it. This is a very thin film. For Christmas Village, I need to cover dark cherry furniture consoles, but the material is so thin, it shows through the dark color. There is no way to double the sheet because keeping all the edges together will be almost impossible. I found this stuff to be quite thick and plush so anyone who wrote a review on it Reviewers previously raved about this product, so I bought it.
The layers are thick enough that the area appears as if there is real snow cover without having to double cover it. This package contains two (3) 3 foot by 8 foot rolls which can be cut to a smaller size and can be easily cut to a smaller size if desired.
It's soft, but I would have been better off buying a yard or two of discounted white felt at the fabric store and it would look more like snow than this. Unlike batting, this fabric is very smooth and has no puff Snow like that you can buy from most American stores is in style. Moreover, it is not at all thick. There was a note in one of the reviews/answers that it was recommended for covering cardboard in one layer, but it does not appear to cover it at all. There is still a bit of a stain on it If you double up, you still make it through "Thick" is not a word I would use to describe it. "I am really disappointed, but my preferred batting snow is never in stock everywhere, so I guess I'll have to make due with $30 in reduced prices. " It was a good year for brand awareness.
In my house, I have a big Christmas Village that takes up about four tables, which were covered initially in cotton sheets. It is not as authentic looking as the fluffy cotton sheets, but it is better in the sense that you can set different pieces that barely weigh anything and wouldn't stand up on the fluffy cotton. This makes it perfect for that purpose.
