Yes, I think so. I'm a 5'4" woman. When it comes to my hips, I'm not sure what to do. I have no trouble getting kids in and out of the house. The mattress can also be adjusted in height. My mother is a petite 5'2" woman. She, on the other hand, has never had any problems.

It's simple and straightforward to put together. Many people complained that the screws were missing caps due to "aesthetics," but you can get a bag of those for a few bucks, so it's not a big deal. Also, the red paper instructing you to contact them if you have any problems is a courtesy note, not a warning; they're attempting to save you the trouble of returning the entire package when they can easily and frequently replace any missing pieces. Someone else complained about the odor of paint thinner. It has a styrofoam-like odor to it. Within a day, it will have aired out. There isn't a single flaw with this crib.
br>Let's start with the RED bold-faced text. a lettered pamphlet attached to the package informing buyers that "product may not be satisfactory" on rare occasions - from mis-to-mis-to-mis-to-mis-to-mis- Boards and parts of the bed must be aligned. This bed seemed to be on the verge of being a ruse. Please be forewarned. br>Are we confident in these ratings, Amazon?.
We had purchased a Delta Canton crib for our son, so when we were expecting our daughter, we wanted to go with the same brand but in white; I was initially disappointed that the Canton didn't, but delighted when I discovered the Emery did. I really like how versatile this bed is. I also like how this crib is a little lower than my son's Canton crib. I'm having trouble getting him into the crib when it's on the lowest setting right now (I'm only 5'4"), especially now that I'm pregnant. br>br>Here's an idea: Make sure you set up the crib ahead of time because the paint smells awful once it's put together, and you'll want to give it time to air out. br>br>In addition, I wish Delta would send bolt caps so that they wouldn't be exposed (second photo) - If those were covered, it would look so much better.
Towards the end of my pregnancy, we needed a crib. Our do-it-yourself project was coming apart at the seams. This, on the other hand, turned out to be fantastic! The fact that we like this crib so much surprised us. They cost twice as much as comparable ones. We looked in all the right places. You simply can't beat shipping to your door in two days!.
a crib that is classified as "toxic" Despite the fact that this crib is attractive and appears to be well-made, I am dissatisfied with it. After weeks of research, I decided to purchase this crib because it claimed to be the safest and highest-quality non-toxic crib available. a poisonous rating This crib, on the other hand, reeked like paint thinner straight out of the can. Just putting it together made both my husband and I sick. When it arrived, I smelled it through the box and hoped that airing it out would solve the problem. It's been two days of airing it out with open windows and fans, and it's still stinking like crazy. Obviously, I'm not going to put my baby in this crib if it smells like that.
I tried for days to contact their customer service, but they are only open Monday through Friday from 8 a. m. to 5 p. m. eastern time, so if you work on the West Coast, good luck. Instead of sending me the part I needed, they wanted photos and a claim form when I was able to call. Not to mention the rudeness of the customer service representative. I got a new right side piece about a week after sending them everything they requested, but it doesn't line up either! I'm starting to think it's the large back side piece that was poorly constructed; I think I'd be better off returning it and purchasing a different crib! It'll be nearly impossible to repackage, and I won't be able to fit it in my vehicle to deliver it to UPS. To make matters worse, Delta has like five holidays in September and October, so they'll be closed for the next few days. You're better off ordering your crib from somewhere else because this company has poor quality control and customer service. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> br>I eventually spoke with another customer service representative, who was pleasant enough but seemed to doubt my ability to assemble the crib and insisted on sending me an assembly video. She did say, however, that the problem could be with the front piece rather than the side. She sent my photos to their assembly team or something for them to look over and get back to me. I then measured the front piece and discovered that it was about 1/2 inch off on the right side compared to the left, which explained why the right side piece wouldn't line up. With the tape measure, I photographed each side and sent the photos to Delta. I got a new front piece about a week and a half later. The stain wasn't quite right, but it all came together in the end. They sent me an assembly video, but I never watched it. It wasn't my ability to put things together that was the issue; it was their lack of quality control. I'm done dealing with this company and am just happy to have a finished crib, despite the stain being a little off. br>br>I still advise purchasing elsewhere to avoid the headache I experienced.
Even if it did convert to a bed, I'm not sure if that's his style or what his future room will look like! So this was a great reasonable compromise: the crib is super cute, easy to assemble, heavy enough to be sturdy but light enough to be moved by an adult, and it doesn't feel cheap. I would definitely recommend it! br>br>.
This is a nice, sturdy crib that was simple to put together. It's best if it's done by two people. It's a well-made solid wood frame that arrived in good condition. There are three of them. The mattress has four different height settings, which can be adjusted by removing and replacing the screws in the various holes. The only drawback is that it is a convertible crib; however, you must purchase the guard separately if you want to use it as a toddler bed.
