Selected User Reviews For Delta Children Ava Nursery Glider Swivel Rocker Chair, Dove Grey
Because there are no longer any stores that sell baby furniture where I live, I had no choice but to read reviews and specifications online and hope for the best. br>This chair is extremely comfortable. Because I have back problems, I had to add a pillow, but it's the perfect depth from the seat to your knees, so it's neither too short nor too long. If you recline slightly, the chair's back is the perfect height for resting your head. It doesn't even touch you if you're sitting up. br>It's big enough for me to sit in and have my boppy pillow with the baby without feeling cramped, but not big enough for my other child to sit with me. br>I've already had to spot clean it, but it didn't leave any stains and didn't leave any discoloration water marks like some fabrics do. br>Overall, it is extremely comfortable and of excellent quality. It has made me very happy.
The Ava Collection (crib, dresser, and chair) were purchased by me. Delta Children's Furniture is one of my favorite brands because it is both affordable and of excellent quality. Furthermore, it is manufactured in the United States of America. It was very simple to put this chair together. It's nothing special, but it's comfortable and the size is ideal for my needs. The Ava Collection is incredibly charming and well-made. I strongly suggest it.
This chair was recently delivered to me. It's the simplest piece of furniture I've ever put together. Simply slide the back onto the bottom piece, tighten two screws/washers with an Allen wrench, and place the bottom cushion where you want it. I don't have enough experience with it to comment on its durability. I'm a little miffed because I paid $280 for it a few days ago and it's now on sale for $242.
Update: It's been a year since I bought it, and it's now broken and leans to one side, making it impossible to rock in. It was a waste of money. br>I read some reviews that said it was simple to put together, but I don't believe that is the case. It took everything we had because I was pregnant, and my husband was assisting me. The screws holes on the back of the back did not line up when we inserted it into the metal slides, so we had to force it in. Aside from that, it's very comfortable, and I'm looking forward to using it when our baby arrives.
This chair appeals to me greatly. It's soft and cozy, and it looks great in our nursery. The only disadvantage is that the material is suede-like, so avoid getting it wet because it will look strange until it dries.
This chair has a great look and feel to it, but the squeaking is terrible, as other reviews have stated. But, to be honest, we've been using it since our 20-month-old was a baby, and I believe the sound soothes him. Yes, he's used to it and it hasn't prevented him from falling asleep. I find it extremely aggravating. Please post if you have any suggestions for getting it to stop! WD- We were unable to use the number 40 because it did not suit our needs.
It's a little stiff, but it's still comfortable. The nursery looks great with it. When you're rocking, it doesn't make any noise and it's very simple to assemble. This is something I would recommend!.
This chair is a nightmare to sit in. It has a good size and serves its purpose, but it is as hard as a rock. This is not the chair for you if you want to cuddle up with your child in a soft, comfortable chair.
