Hello, the dimensions are 16" x 32" and the length is 32".
According to the manufacturer, it will fit any 16x32-inch changing table.
Sorry, but I'm not sure. It's the right size for my name-changing pad. I have not, however, taken any measurements.

It's extremely thick and of excellent quality, and the fabric is ideal for any season. I wish there were more color choices, but don't let that stop you from purchasing. The end result is fantastic.
I didn't want to keep buying new covers, so I needed something that was both cheap and durable. Before deciding on this pad cover, I read a lot of reviews. I'm glad I took the initiative. I'm thinking about getting a second one to use while the first is being washed. This is a well-made, plush item. Finally, my baby will be able to lay still and comfortably while I change his diaper! approved by both mom and baby.
My son pooped on both the light grey and white versions, and all I did was rinse it off and pre-wash them. After soaking in oxyclean, toss it in the washing machine. There's no way to tell if anything was on it. They're adorable, plush, and a good fit.
This is incredibly gentle. I bought it to use as a mattress cover for my bassinet because there were no soft sheets that fit. And it's fantastic! It is a hit with my son! In both machines, it washes and dries well. I ordered the cream color, and it is exactly as shown.
This cover has a great feel and material. My only criticism is that it does not appear to be easily stain-resistant. With my newborn, we've had a lot of spills and accidents on this pad, so I had to use the stain remover Shout to clean it up. There appears to be a dark spot(s) where the cover accident occurred after spraying, washing, and drying. The Shout stain remover spray doesn't seem to like whatever material this cover is made of, and it doesn't completely wash out. So now there are a few darker spots on the cover where I sprayed Shout.
When I first ordered this item, it was referred to as "minky. " When I received it, I was disappointed to discover that it was not made of minky fabric. It has a thick Jersey-style feel to it. It's a knit, and while it's fine, it's not what I was expecting. In general, the changing pad cover is of good quality.
I originally ordered just the gray cover, but I loved it so much that I ordered it in blue and white as well. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for "easy to clean" is because the white changing pad cover has a small yellow stain from when my baby pooped before I could finish the diaper change (stain is pictured); the gray and blue covers did not have this issue; besides that, I wipe up any accidents with a baby wipe or paper towel and throw the pad in with the rest of the baby laundry (I wash all of my baby's laundry). The onesie used to compare sizes is a size 0- Cloud Island onesie for 3 months by Target.
In the beginning, I was a huge fan of this changing pad cover - It was thick and soft, and it was nice and thick. Unfortunately, it hasn't held up well to washing after a year and a half. The texture has changed, and it is now scratchy and almost unpleasant. I followed the instructions for washing and am disappointed. This is something I would never order again.
