Thank you so much for taking the time to contact me. We hope to release our own designs soon, but previous customers have found Little Birdie Ink to be a perfect fit, and it's also a Mama-owned business, which we adore!
When you get your basket out of the cotton drawstring bag, you'll notice a brown string attached to the white fringe that holds it in place. To release the fringe, simply pull the string all the way out. Once you've inserted the foam pad into your basket, the Organic Cotton Rope will need to be reshaped slightly and given a day or two to air out and regain its shape. You'll want to shape the handles a little bit as well. Your basket will be ready to use once you've finished this step.
We've discovered that most other brands will work as well. Customers have stated that the Halo is a favorite of theirs, and that it fits well.
To accommodate a growing baby, we made this basket a little bigger than most. It all depends on your child's size, but we're hoping for at least 9 months. a period of twelve months Possibly for a longer time. When using the changing basket, keep one hand on the baby at all times.

I have five children, and this is the first time I've bought a portable changing pad, and here's why: What I adore: br>br> • Capacity to store: br>br> It comes with a handy drawstring pouch and takes up less space than most portable changing padsbr>br>• INCREDIBLY soft foam insert! Another reviewer pointed this out, and I'm glad I trusted her! It's probably better than the topper on my high-end mattress. •GORGEOUS neutral colors. )br>br> This could easily be styled to match/coordinate with any nursery decor! Boho chic is always in style. br>br>•Quality that will last a lifetime! This is something I can see continuing until my children have children! br>br>It's worth mentioning: •It takes a minute of hand shaping, but once you've done that, all the wrinkles will disappear and you'll have a perfectly oval changing basket. (After I took the photos, I did this. ) •Remember to pull out the little brown string to let the fringe out! PERFECTION PERFECTION PERFECTION PERFEC br>br>Overall, I am extremely pleased with this purchase, and I will enthusiastically recommend it to my mother friends! I'll be the first to get my hands on them and give them away!.
My daughter is in the midst of a serious kicking phase, and I was concerned that she would injure herself by slamming her feet against the hard wooden frame of my old changing table. Take a look at this stunning lady. The pad, I swear to God, is softer than my own mattress! Is it possible for me to take a nap inside? The basket is absolutely stunning. On the fringe, there's a small red piece of string that you pull to release it, and I adore that elegant touch. I shaped the basket with my hands and let it sit for 24 hours, and it turned out to be a lovely shape! I'm looking forward to purchasing this for my future mommy friends.
I wanted to go over this again because I made a minor change that makes a difference. I bought this for my third child, who needed a new changing pad, and I decided to splurge on something nice; I love the boho look of the basket and am pleased with my purchase. I docked one star because the basket is flimsy, and I expected it to be more sturdy. When I first brought my newborn home, I noticed that he disliked diaper changes because, like most newborns, he would roll around on a flat surface. I expected it to improve over time, but he still despises it after a month. When I remembered my old changing pad, I remembered that it had a slight curve to help support the baby. This changing basket lacks this, and the baby despises the feeling of being alone. I'm a nurse who has figured out how to solve this issue. Two baby towels were rolled up into a long tube. I've put them under the pad and bassinet sheet on each side to support the baby--problem solved! My purchase went well. br>In the photo, you can see where I rolled up the towels underneath the sheet. Take note of the basket's drooping handles and sides. If this is a major issue for you, consider upgrading to a more durable model. However, it is not a deal breaker for us.
a simple to use changing station that didn't cost $100 like the others The product was folded in half and packaged as a whole. Overall, straightening everything out, including the leather handles, may take some time, but it's not a big deal. While the baby is still a newborn and sleeping with us, I plan to use this as a changing station on my dresser. As baby grows older, I intend to use the product to take beautiful photos of him.
I shouldn't have taken a chance on it because the white fringe that wraps around it was sewn on so badly and all over the place that it's falling apart and looking horrible. It's just really cheap quality, and I wish I would've just swallowed my pride and spent a little more money on a nicer one with good reviews.
Although I like the boho vibe this set gives off, the changing pad is too big for the basket! I'm not sure if this will be safe for the child. Is it just me, because the pad appears to fit comfortably in the product photos and other customer reviews.
