Delta Children's products are not something I would recommend. The furniture is a Simmons dresser that Delta Children sells. There isn't any worthwhile customer service. An automated message instructs you to contact their customer service by email, which took nearly a week to receive and acknowledge my initial claim. I wanted the damaged piece of furniture replaced because it came with the furniture. I gave them the details they required. This is the fourth week that we've been attempting to locate the missing component for the nursery's assembly. The only means of communication is an automated response to a general email. The furniture is of low quality, and given the lack of support, it is not worth the money. Their website gives the impression of being attentive to customer needs - this is not the case. However, there is no evidence to back it up. Delta Children's products are not something I would buy. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> br>Delta Children sent the last piece needed to complete the assembly. There was no email confirmation that it had been sent when it arrived. I finished putting the dresser together, and we like how it turned out.

I love the look of this dresser, and the stain matches the crib perfectly. However, there were two issues with the unit when it was put together. First, when closing and opening the top right drawer, it scraped the top (the guided holes weren't in the right place). Second, the top of the dresser has a bowed changing table that does not sit level. When you press down on the front, it will lower but then return to its original position. This is inconvenient and can result in pinched fingers. I'd give it a five star rating if the changing table wasn't bowed; overall, I like it, but I don't like that I can play drums with the top every time I need to change.

I really wanted to like this product, but it was missing a few key parts from the box. This is disappointing because I paid a handyman to put the dresser together and now it can't be completed. When I called customer service, I was told that I would have to send an email. Just a little disappointed.

For the price, it's a steal!! It was put together by my husband, and it was a lot more work than I anticipated, but we're pleased with the end result!! Our gray/yellow nursery needed a splash of color, and this is exactly what we got.

It's lovely. It came with a matching crib, which I purchased as well. It was a little challenging to put together at first, but once you get into the swing of things, it gets easier. It has a good foundation. Although it is recommended that you do not use a drill, we did so in areas where we could and made sure to use a slow speed. A high-quality dresser does not have the appearance or feel of a low-cost model. I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat. The color is a dark brown that almost looks black, and it's called black espresso.

This dresser is precisely what I was looking for in my son's room. For his belongings, there is plenty of room inside the drawers. It's also very sturdy, and I had no trouble constructing it. It comes highly recommended!.
