It was difficult for me to keep the paper from peeling off as I cut it.
On both sides, it will be. However, the front with the name will be a different type of sticky, so find where you want to put the decal, peel off the back covering, adhere it to the spot you want the decal, use a flat edge scraper or something to flatten it to the wall and get all bubbles out, and then carefully peel back the top layer off, and the decal will be stuck to whatever surface you put it on. All decals will come with two sticky sides; the sticky material used will be different.

Overall, this is a good purchase. BEFORE YOU BUY, READ THIS! br>br>Basically, the adhesion that comes with it is terrible, and it peels off almost immediately. However, after carefully peeling off the back adhesive and sticking it to the wall, using a blow dryer and rubbing it down with a spatula or your hand as it cools, there is a way to combat this. The blow dryer heats up the adhesive, allowing it to adhere to the wall. Overall, a good buy, but patience is required, and this is definitely a two-person job. These are quite large.
The decal is fantastic. For the larger size decal, I paid an additional $6. It is 21 inches long and wide. 5 x 34. It was a breeze to put together. To apply the decal, I pressed it down on the wall with a damp washcloth and gently pulled the adhesive back. It's a hit with my son, and I'd strongly suggest it.
The seller responded quickly, expressed regret, provided excellent communication, and issued a refund within minutes of our conversation. Customer service is excellent, and I would definitely order from them again in the summer. br>br>With my shillouette, I can easily make these stickers. I ordered this as a birthday present for my son because it's what my daughter chose for him, and I didn't want to dig out all the supplies to make it between the holidays and his birthday. The backing came off easily, and I positioned the sticker and transfer paper on a clean, dry wall, scraping it with the transfer tool (a plastic credit card-like device) that came with my set. It didn't stick to anything right away. With the transfer paper, it kept peeling off, and when I tried to keep the letters on the wall, they started to tear.
Love it! Based on some of the reviews on sticking, I was concerned that it would be difficult. I'm glad I trusted my instincts and followed the steps of peeling it slowly, cleaning the wall lightly with soap and water, then pressing and peeling the black design slowly with a damp cloth. If it doesn't stick, it'll be a waste of time. Return it to its original position and continue to wet the paper. Any bubbles can be smoothed out with a credit card. It took me no more than 10 minutes to make, and both my son and I enjoy it. Every time, the old school wall adhesive works.
For $25, I was able to purchase the largest size. The directions were extensive, but they were necessary. I made use of a D To flatten it out, use the B game card! That was the only thing I used! There was no tape, no nothing. I double-checked that the wall was clear and free of debris. It took some time for the installation to go smoothly. Some of the decal tried to come up with me as I peeled off the top layer clear tape, but I just peeled very slowly and continued to use the card to firmly press the decal against the wall. Please don't make any hasty decisions. It's going to be a shambles. Pay attention to the directions! It's a great addition to any space!.
It's a hit with my son. We bought it for his birthday and hung it over his bed; our walls are textured and painted in a flat finish. The decal adheres to the wall, though not as well as it would on a perfectly smooth surface, but it still looks great and hasn't come off. br>br>I recommend sticking the entire decal to the wall in the area you're going to put it, then peeling back the transfer tape from the top of the name to the bottom and rubbing the decal to the wall for more adhesion. br>br>I was thinking of getting plexiglass cut to stick the decal on and hang it, which would be cool because you could move it and it would still look awesome. br>br>The vinyl is of good quality. It gives your gaming teen's room a unique touch.
Because the adhesive adhered so strongly to the paper, it was a little difficult to stick on. To avoid tearing the top covering, I had to peel it away slowly. It turned out beautifully, and I surrounded it with wall decor. Overall, this is a fantastic appearance. My sister was so taken with it that she wants to replicate it in her son's room.
I was so excited to get this for my 11-year-old's room, only to find out that it was the most difficult thing to put together. The top paper clung to the decal, causing it to rip in some places and not adhere as well as it should. I'm not sure if I just got a bad one, but I was extremely disappointed with how it turned out.
