The item is excellent and exactly as advertised. I first ordered one to see how it looked in person, and my wife loved it so much that she insisted on ordering more for the rest of the grandchildren. So, whoa! I did it without a hitch. A new grandchild has arrived! So when I went to order the next one, there was an issue that I figured would be pointless to fix, but I called the company and got voice mail. Do you agree? To my surprise, I received a call back, followed by several more to ensure that I was completely satisfied. It was simply the best, most personalized customer service I've ever encountered. It turned out to be quite lovely. I was expecting wood because they said no MDF, but it almost looks like MDF or chipboard, so it seems a little overpriced for that. I got some gold glitter paint, and some of it pooled and dripped down the side, but I'll just cut those off with a razor blade. Also, the packaging is excellent. There's no way it'll get damaged in the mail. However, I am still pleased with the results and their customer service; I'm not sure how I'll mount it on the wall yet. My pregnant mind convinced me that there were little nail holes in the back. Lol. There isn't any.

This is a gift for my daughter, and I bought it for her. It turned out fantastically! My daughter wanted it painted black, so we spray painted it and hung it on her door with two 3M strips (this picture was taken before the paint). It's not heavy, but it's still of good quality. It arrived in perfect condition, having been nicely packaged and having a sticker/wrapper on the back. I would strongly suggest it.

I guess the paint wasn't dry when they packaged my item because it stuck to the card board; I tried to peel the pieces of cardboard off after I peeled it from the packaging, but there were still a few bits. I tried repainting it to cover the cardboard, but it was far too much trouble for such a small item. I ended up throwing it away. I don't think it's something I'd suggest.
