Choosing a new nightlight could make a big difference. There is a problem with this cord, and skiphop customer service does not offer replacements for it. The cord broke near the USB plug, so now this expensive nightlight can't be used. Skiphop had no idea what to do and said I could try to return it, but they couldn't help me. Finding an ok to wake alarm clock that was more adorable than other options on the market was a pleasant surprise. In any case, the clock that arrived for us did not work in the green or red modes, and so we must return it. The clock only stays on for 20 minutes at a time in each setting is disappointing although I am sure it was just a random error. If you could keep the nightlight on longer and the green wake clock on longer, that would be great.
