Questions & Answers
It all depends on how long you've had it on. If I'm steaming multiple items, it may take up to 5 minutes to steam all of the water out, but only 3 minutes to reheat new water.
I'm not sure, but it was used on ladies' dress pants, a cotton dress, a poly dress, and men's dress shirts, among other things. Everything turned out great, but the crispness of the men's dress shirt was not to be expected.
It's not at all heavy. Compared to a regular iron, this one is a lot lighter. When placed on a flat surface, however, it does not slip.
There is no way to retract the cord.

It really works. This is a life saver for someone whose wardrobe consists entirely of ironable items, as well as a child who wears a uniform to school and has never been good enough or quick at ironing. Any day, I'd rather steam than iron. This is fantastic! In just one minute of running this steam over the shirt, I was able to get it wrinkle-free! The best part is that this little steamer is put to such good use on a regular basis! Before I had to refill, I was able to finish five kid uniform shirts and one of mine, and it only took me about two hours total. It should take about 3 minutes to refill the water and re-heat. Effortless, light, simple to use, and inexpensive.
This is a fantastic little gadget that will come in handy when traveling. It's small and compact, making it easy to stow in carry-on luggage. When you don't have access to an iron or an ironing board, it's convenient to smooth out wrinkles while the shirt is hanging up. It was simple to set up, operate, and functioned flawlessly.
After I had problems with my steamer, the company contacted me and offered me a job immediately and without hesitation. It's refreshing to see a business stand by their product.
I only use distilled water in my cooking. So simple and quick! It's fantastic!.
I used it on a trip, but it's also come in handy on a daily basis. You don't have to be concerned about the device's safety because it has a safety shutoff, and the cord is long and easy to roll and store once it's finished.
DO NOT PURCHASE if you intend to steam delicates. I can tell you now, a year later. It's not going to be worth it. Stick to using an iron if you're good at it. It takes practice to learn how to use this. It's a mess. I'm never sure if it'll spray large water drops on my delicates and ruin them. If you've ever steamed delicate materials, you know how large water drops can completely ruin the texture. Especially if you're doing it right before you put on your clothes. I purchased the drapes with the intention of steaming them. The water splatter didn't bother me too much because the drapes were so thick. However, in my previous review, I did mention the issue. This thing still spits more water every time I use it a year later, and no, I'm not filling it to the maximum capacity. If you get too close to the fabric, it may come into contact with the head, causing water to form and/or splatter. If you steam from too far away, it will take an eternity. It's not even close to being worth it. Pulling out my iron and steaming a linen with it was often faster. br>br>I bought it to steam new drapes, and I knew it would be a tough first job to put it through, but oh well. Given that they were heavy linen and wrinkled, it worked out okay. Per panel, it took about two fills. Enough to make a difference, without a doubt. On clothing, I can definitely see this working well. br>On the negative side, there are a few drawbacks: You'll have to get used to using it because steam droplets collect around the nozzle and wet the fabric if you get too close. This isn't a big deal, but it will irritate you if you don't have time to let it dry. It will also splatter even larger drops if you fill past the maximum line. From only two inches away, it threw a massive water ball onto my panel. It created a six-inch-diameter wet spot. It didn't bother me, but I'd be pissed if I was steaming a dress or a shirt at the last minute. It was also difficult to remove the brush that came with it. I tried to remove it because the bristles were causing the linen to pull a little. It was almost as if it wasn't supposed to be taken away in the first place. When I tried to cut it off with a knife, I broke a nail and spilled a cup of water. It's ridiculous. I don't care for it in general. But I also don't despise it. Because my husband travels frequently for work, I figured that if this didn't work well on the drapes, he could use it for work. After my trip, I'll post an update.
It was given to my wife as a gift because she had always wanted a small steamer for linen and some of her dresses. For me, the price and positive customer reviews were the most important factors. She showed me the results, which were quite impressive, especially considering the cost and the clothes she was wearing. The procedure was simple to follow - (pour water on the dress and run the steamer over it) Steamers take a lot longer than irons, but they are safer for delicate fabrics. Hopefully, I'll be able to test it out on some of my shirts soon.
Simple to work with. This steamer is small and portable, making it ideal for use on the go. My daughter travels for theatre, and this would be ideal for steaming her costumes. I'm blown away by the amount of steam it produces. A fantastic purchase!.
