I'm not sure if it makes a difference, but I had one before that suggested using distilled water. Every time I used it, I emptied it. Because my previous one was recalled, I'll be buying this one.

I dreaded ironing because I have so many satin tablecloths, runners, and sashes! I bought this little steamer, and it'll make my job a lot easier! Here's a comparison of the before and after of a sash that I tried right away after receiving the steamer. This item is ideal!.
I purchased this for my daughter's Snow White dress because the label stated that it should not be tumble dried, which is how I always get wrinkles out. I didn't want to iron the tulle and satin fabrics because I didn't want to ruin them. This tiny steamer worked wonders and was incredibly simple to use. I despise ironing because it's such a pain to find a space for the inconvenient ironing board and transport it from room to room. The steamer heats up quickly and eliminates wrinkles. The tulle was not harmed and now appears to be a hundred times better. My purchase was a success!.
We decided to ask around among the people we know after reading so many horror stories about other portable steamers in reviews. Our purchase has exceeded our expectations! Although it is slightly smaller than anticipated, we are pleased with the size; it holds just enough water to steam one gown, which was ideal for us. We filled the steamer just below the MAX fill line, as recommended by my daughter's friend who recommended it. Then it was on to her gown. This is one I'll definitely recommend to anyone looking for a portable steamer!.
This steamer is a dreadful piece of equipment. Instead of steam, it spits hot water. It badly burned my arm, as you can see. It wasn't as a result of my erroneous usage. The steamer started spitting water as soon as I picked it up. It didn't have a lot of water in it. I didn't fill it all the way to the top, and I wouldn't recommend it! It is unworthy of even a single star.
This is an excellent choice for a portable geyser. This is completely useless if you need a working portable steamer. br>Previously, I had owned other portable steamers in the same shape, style, and price range that worked like a charm. So I'm not a complete newbie when it comes to portable steamers. Cheap portable steamers can be finicky at times, but at the very least, they generate steam. This steamer does not produce steam; instead, it ejects boiling water from the top, spills water from the bottom, and leaks from the seam where the two pieces join. I tried it several times, never pouring over the maximum line, and at various water levels, all to the same result: highly dangerous boiling water everywhere and no steaming clothes. br>br>As soon as possible, I will return this product.
It's the perfect size for tucking away in a closet or taking with you on a trip. It heats up in 39 seconds and produces a lot of steam.
I just received this today, and I must say that I am very impressed. It's simple to use and portable, making it ideal for business trips or family gatherings. The reservoir appears to hold enough water to steam one shirt, but it heats us up quickly before moving on to the next. When it comes time to think about Christmas again, I may have to consider this for a few gifts. This is so easy to use that my 10-year-old is teaching my 17-year-old how to do it.
You can't go wrong for the price. I lug my laundry over to my boyfriend's once a week, and it sits in a basket overnight, getting all wrinkly. I'm not trying to fuss with an iron every day, or even every week, so I got this handy little thing, and it does the job as you can see from the attached photos. br>br>If you fill it up once, it should be able to steam the wrinkles out of one garment before the water runs out. It completes the task quickly. br>br>I am very pleased with my purchase.
