It works perfectly and ships directly from the manufacturer. I was able to install it very easily and it worked right away. In this case, it's more about who sold the unit than the actual item. It was not possible to have expedited shipping and I don't have heat in my house so I need it quickly. A recommendation by Amazon was to order directly from the manufacturer, but the manufacturer is not set up to sell direct and they Last but not least, I purchased it through Amazon and arranged for express shipping directly from the manufacturer. I found working with them to be more than helpful. They made several calls and were a tremendous help to me. Three hundred dollars were requested by the local stove shop. There must have been a wholesale purchase of the unit since they paid $1,000 for it.
Everything seems to be going well. Initially, we were told it would arrive on the stated date, but it arrived earlier than that and was The install was on a breckwell p22 maverick which is the same as a us stoves 5040, it is an exact replica. In addition to my annual pre-season cleaning, I installed the new controller and turned the stove on. In about a month, I plan on doing a follow-up review along those lines.
I ran it for about 3 hours, and it seemed to work fine.
The real test will be during the heating season. *UPDATE * Not quite a month after the last update, but it's been cold outside and the stove has been running 24/7 without problems. This controller has all of the same features as its original counterpart. Thus I saved a bundle of money by purchasing this product over original equipment manufacturer. Thanks guys!.

With this controller, you can only cook on the first and second levels. If level 3 or 4 are selected, there is no change in the speed of the fan. It is the second one of these that I have purchased and both of them don't work.
