I have updated Due to events that occurred after I started my review and sent the email to the seller, my review has been updated. To ask the seller if the knocking noise was normal, I wrote him an email. So they could hear the noise, I sent them some videos. I just received a notification that a new unit will be on its way in the next few days. My experience with customer service has been excellent and I appreciate that they took the time to fix things. My sincere thanks go out to you. My favorite feature of this fireplace is the flames and multiple colors displayed in the hearth. The installation was initially flawless, but there is a knocking sound coming from the back of the fireplace after three days. As of right now, I do not know what we will do, but I am.

As we were drawing up plans, we decided to get an electric fireplace with a heater to go beneath the TV. found lots of fireplaces to look at, but not all of them look the same. We needed one that could be recessed or flush mounted, one for the vents to blow out from the front and not the top, and one that looked real. A fantastic fireplace at a great price. Arrived in 2 days for free and was installed by the expert!.

But now that I understand more, I wish I would have just added it to another tried and true product instead. This is a true brand. It is an extremely fast shipping service. That was the case for me, at least. I quickly put together the fireplace after learning how to assemble the freestanding feet, and taking the glass off wasn't hard at all. It's not my field and I'm not an expert in building Due to my solitary living situation, I only wanted a fireplace I could stack on top of my existing wood burning fireplace. I cannot emphasize enough how easy it was to take the glass off, but how hard it was to put it back on! While sweating and shivering, I tried to do my best Despite tears and a heavy slab over my head, I was unable to line up the slots. So my glass is gaped on one side, but luckily this isn't noticeable unless you already know it. (Yes, I raised it up a bit. ) I'm ok. It is possible to dim them or make them brighter. In my opinion, I don't use my heater in the house because there isn't much heat if your bedroom is not enclosed. For about $30, you can get a space heater similar to that. Does 400 square feet of space need to be heated? You are stretching the truth! Maybe you should try one hundred square feet of enclosed space. Nevertheless, I did not buy it to use as a heater. One of the most disappointing features is the flames themselves (but they are also an important factor). Even in the middle of the day, with a lamp on, you can hardly see them!
