Each one is 24" wide, so there are 48 in all
Obviously, we're talking about the same version of the product. As much as I'd like to believe otherwise, my screen is 18" high, so it's likely a different size. I guess the answer is yes to the first question. I think I cut off about a quarter of my rod, despite the fact that it's 28" wide. I wouldn't worry too much about cutting the screens because of the width. When not in use, they fold neatly into any available space. Since the screens are wide enough that I never need to stretch them tight, I never notice that they exceed 28" in width.
On one end, the rings slide onto the rod, and on the other end they click onto the rod. It worked great because I purchased a metal rod with a diameter of 1/4 inch that overlapped the fireplace opening by two inches from the hardware store. With the panes of glass as support, I screwed the curtain rod holders made from 1/4 inch round kitchen curtain rods into the bricks and the rod was held in place
Rather than blocking heat, this screen should allow it to pass. Because black absorbs heat, it may not be an ideal medium for heat transfer. Keep children, pets, and flammable items 3 feet away from the fireplace if you want maximum heat from it. Disconnect the screen if you want maximum heat.

Your product was a fantastic solution. My old one was replaced in five minutes (after I figured out I had to remove one sheet metal screw to free the rod), and now my screen is black, smooth, and easy to operate. In the past, I would have taken the time to do this if I'd known it was this simple. Exactly what I wanted!.
The fireplace screen on my fireplace has been broken for years, and I was reluctant to replace Since I was in the middle of the pandemic, I had some time to devote to this. In any case, it didn't take nearly as long as I expected. that's left is to bend the bar a little bit, pull out the old screens, slide on the news greens, fit the bar back in, and you're ready to go. Although I probably could have gotten the next size down, if I want to shorten it I can just take some wire snips and cut the bottom off. As you can see, I still used my old handles. I prefer them a little too. I'm very happy I bought these, and the price was much cheaper than I had anticipated.
I highly recommend this metal mesh curtain. It is a well made and well-designed product. A nice piece of furniture made to look like a fireplace, and it holds up well, is well made, and costs a reasonable amount. I bought this to cover the fake logs in an electric fireplace and make it appear more realistic. Because I used a cheap sash curtain rod to hold it in place, I did not have to do any complicated installation This is "br".
In order to build a custom fireplace heat exchanger, I ordered this product. As a result of taking my time in ordering, I got the right size. Though Amazon makes it a bit confusing with the selection process (not a product issue), when it arrived it looked and felt much better than I expected it would. My only complaint is that the device does not come with mounting hardware. You may want to keep that in mind when ordering for your project. Overall, the wife loved the screen as well and thought I spent a lot more on something so good. My order would be placed a second time without a doubt if given the choice.
That is even better than the It was cracked on the inside of our fireplace, so we had to replace it. In order to prevent further damage to the mesh, we decided to replace the bent up Make sure your measurements are exact! Having to return them because they are an inch longer was a hassle. It took no time at all to install these. As soon as they were installed, my husband kept complimenting how smoothly they worked, how COOL they remained to the touch, how well they fit, and how well they looked. Sparks are avoided by keeping the mesh tight, which is tighter than our previous version. This is one of the best purchases we have ever made, and we highly recommend it.
Compared to my old bent up one, this one is much better. The pros include I appreciate how well packaged everything is. It is clear how to do the task. It is sturdy. The cons are It was a bit thicker than the old one so we had to drill a new screw hole into the surround before we could spread out the rods so the screen could pass through. Not as pristine as it could have been I took the time to tighten up the screen a little. I would say this is an excellent buy all things considered.
I wish I had known better. You should make your own if this is the best made! i received the product on time. they charge $20 more for the antique bronze which really doesn't look like antique bronze - it's much In fact, they are only 23 inches wide, even though they advertise the screens as 24 inches. On the rod, the length is 5 when measured extended. As a result, there will be a gap in the screen closure after installation. It was necessary to reform four of the "D" rings with pliers myself because they were badly formed. Despite the small size and light weight, the pulses are quite strong. Due to the screens being only available in one width (not 24 inches wide), I had to take apart the screen I had for 60 years (contruction was much better back then) and replace it with 2 other screens. In addition, they failed to provide 3 inches of old screen on either side of the new one to make up for the wide screen. I am extremely disappointed with my purchase in the end. It is inexpensively made and does not have a 24 inch width on all of them!.
