Apparently, we had to purchase more insulation because the insulation that came with it was not sufficient to keep smoke out. Installing this complex system required the help of two people since it is extremely heavy. It was a bit difficult, but I have not yet come across one that is straightforward. Aside from that, we have a large fireplace and it is not easy to find doors that work with our fireplace that can be installed "built in". Glad to hear that!.
I received my order in 2 days. It was a very nice product. A safe shipment was made. With basic tools, it took about 45 minutes to install. Several people claim that the color is different than described. I'm not sure why. As I saw it on Amazon, it was everything as I expected. I have attached a photo of my own (please see it attached).

I just love the screens and the glass doors of the Hearth. It is a very heavy product of excellent quality. In previous products, the screens were mounted on a chain type closure, which never worked properly. Magnetized frames keep these screens in place and they close very easily. Strong and firmly closed, the glass doors provide a safe and secure entrance. Even though this is a slightly more expensive product than most, "you get what you pay for", and in this case I'm very happy with the price and the quality!.
I've added this to my family room and it looks amazing. The installation process is easy. No damage to the bank account. There is only one critique, and that is to make sure there is more Although the pieces it comes with work well, I wanted to be sure I did not have any drafts.
It has given my living room a new lease on life! This is a good product, but I think it can be a little susceptible to high temperatures. I discovered that the screens on the inside of the doors are warping.
When we did a complete remodel of our fireplace, the contractor installed the screen and there were no issues. It is a gorgeous screen. The magnetic closure keeps out drafts and I love how it keeps out the heat.
