There is no doubt that it You neglected to mention that the valve type is even more important than the burner type, and the valve type is indicated by the last two digits of the assembly model number It is G46. (Against which this pilot would function) Here would identify either a 11 or an APK11 control valve system. With a 15 or 01 type, I don't think it would work.

The gas line is thin and the mounting plate is thin

It was an unexpected event since it was not covered by the prime delivery program that the item was delivered and received very quickly. As described, the item was received. While the tubing for the natural gas line was smaller and less substantial than the existing gas line which was made of copper, it was less substantial than the existing copper line. Further, the assembly connecting the thermocouple and gas pilot was made of thin metal and did not appear to be as robust In order to fix this I decided to remove the thermocouple from the new assembly and attach it to the old assembly, old pilot tube, and old pilot I am happy to report that my gas log fireplace is working again. While the purchased item fulfilled my expectations, the quality does not meet my expectations as compared to my original purchase from Manufacturers today may still be involved in these practices regardless of who is manufacturing the items.
