The units with which this will work are unknown to me. There was a problem with reaching it and it was hard to change it. I was not able to use the one that they sent me. This was the old one I cleaned and reinstalled, and it worked fine since then

To start, I would like to say that I have learned a lot about gas fireplaces since I bought my house. There is a lot I want to say. My team has had to troubleshoot a number of issues related to the fireplace from the pilot light that didn't stay lit to the fireplace itself that didn't turn I have found that most of my issues have been resolved simply by cleaning one of the many parts on the ODS (Oxygen Detection Safety - Sensor that detects oxygen or the Pilot). All the components you need are included in this unit to keep your fireplace lit for a long time. Taking the Pilot as our starting point- It connects to the pilot line in your fireplace and supplies fuel for the flame. A user's guide to The Igniter is available here Lighting the pilot is performed by the creation of a spark (typically an arc between the igniter and the thermocouple in the path of the pilot An insulated wire is connected to the fireplace for connection (wire to the igniter is not included), and the thermocouple is attached to the hearth. The sensor is made of metal (as small as the tip of a pen). When hot, a thermocouple allows the pilot valve in your fireplace to stay open. It is connected to the fireplace by a lead wire, which allows the pilot valve to stay open when you heat the thermocouple. It is made of a metal rod about the size of your pinky finger (maintains the pilot light lit. ) A thermopile is an electronic device that converts thermal energy into electrical energy. A heating source signals the thermopile to send millivolts to the fireplace, causing the main valve to open and the fire to burn. Before I recently had issues with my fireplace, I was able to troubleshoot all of the problems myself. As a result, we damaging the thermocouple when we installed a fan in our non vented unit. The full assembly here caught my attention as I was browsing for a replacement. There was no way I could pass up that price. Why not just replace the igniter and the entire pilot system? The igniter had been acting up, so why not replace it all? I was pleasantly surprised to discover the package arrived earlier than expected in bubble wrap. As an aside, I should mention that it was an exact match for what was previously installed on a BuckStove CR18 Gas Fireplace. This wasn't too difficult to install since all you need to do is replace the existing cables.
I did have to adjust the thermopile so it was more in the path of the pilot light but after some quick adjustments with pliers, the output was anywhere from 585 to 600 milliwatts which is more than enough for my All in all, this pilot assembly has excellent quality and is well crafted for its price. I strongly recommend it.
The fit is close to perfect, however some tweeking is necessary.
It took a week to arrive, was well packaged, and it was all there. However, one tab was twisted as you can see in the bottom part of this Picture shows the original and Amazon unit. The top one looks like the original, the bottom one looks like it came Thermopile needed to be angled more towards the pilot flame, which I had to drill out in order for it to be more directly over it. When that was done, the fireplace was as good as new, and it has been plugged in and playing ever since. My experience thus far with this unit has been very positive.
A replacement of the ODS seemed to be necessary. This unit was installed in place of the old one. Neither the pilot light nor the ship's beacon would stay lit. The word "new" goes without saying that there is nothing wrong with it. "So I checked and rechecked until I had blues in my eyes. Ensured the wife that there was very little chance of a defective "brand new" unit. The old unit kept getting put back in by her as well. It was finally time for me to give up. Now that I've cleaned the old unit and reinstalled it, the logs are working again. I have busted knuckles, lost pride, and got a headache as a result of using this "new" ODS. Here's a little bit more information on returning this unusable object.
In addition, The heater has been repaired and the temperature is back to normal!.
The problem is not with the parts, but with where it is located I was very impressed with the quality of the.
I think this is perfect
