There is not enough thickness

There is not enough thickness. The one on my quada fire millennium 2100 ACT was quite a bit smaller. The screws bottomed out without really pushing on the gasket or window, resulting in a slightly loose window. I doubt the seal is tight enough to prevent the stove from falling apart.

This product works with a few small problems

It smelled like burning socks for the first week after installation. The smell appears to be gone and it appears to be working well.

The glass surface should be clean, and gaskets should be stretched and cut so that there is an overlap of about two inches

There was a bit of a gap between the gasket and the lid. As a result of its adhesion, the strips could be moved and applied in small lengths without requiring Cost is considerably lower than that of any other hardware provider in our area.

The fireplace glass gasket needs to be replaced

This is something I replace yearly, so I considered this a great price. It will be a while until next fireplace season before I can really tell how well it works, but it looks like what I am used to using.
