If the size fits your stove, then you should be fine. They did not fit my stove. I ordered two of them with the hope they would both fit together. Despite my best efforts, I have not been able to return them. Sadly, this company is a waste of time. In their policy, they do not stand behind it. Were you to not have purchased from them, I would send you the two grates I have for the price of one and you would pay the freight. The email address I use is www is the address for e-mail. Please contact [email protected]. The company. It will be helpful if it does, if not, no problem. Webber, William
Spending money is a waste of time. There's no point to it. This won't last you for more than This is made of cheap steel and does not have a center support.
There is no way for that to Two inches high, it stands only two inches long. The upper section of the lid is designed to keep wood off the bottom of the box stove and allow air to flow under the wood during combustion. The grate of the oven is usually wider than the pizza.
There is a length of 26" on the item.

The size and particularly the height of what I wanted were important to me. I chose this grate because it met my needs. This is a pretty heavy piece, but it is also compact and low in height. My fires are now starting much faster and I can fit some rolled up cardboard under it to help them start, and the extra air circulation from underneath keeps them going even sooner. I'm very happy with it, and I'm very pleased with how it is working. Now that I have had it for approximately one month, I would put it up for sale. It takes five winter seasons to complete the cycle. It is used almost every day during the months of November through There is a slight bowing in the middle just recently that I noticed. Here are some pictures (see sample). This might seem silly, but if the manufacturer reads my comment, I think a little foot on each side and in the center will do the trick. There is no real need for me to clean this grates. As soon as we light the fire in the morning, it gets warm, and as soon as we let it go, it gets colder. To summarize, this looks great, but I would like it if it were made out of slightly better material (or at least had a pedestal foot) so that it wouldn't start bowing in the middle. My feeling is that this will probably touch the bottom by next year or so. Due to its size, this is probably the only grates of this size, so I would purchase As soon as any changes occur, I will let you know.
I am using it, however, in a fireplace insert, which does not get enough air. However, after four days of use, the US Stove grates have completely resolved this issue, but the cast iron has sagged and swelled as a result. There have been reports of it breaking eventually. My lack of careful reading of other reviews failed to make me realize how rapidly this failure occurs. - I will return this to A m a z o n for a complete refund. Whoever else has bought one of these recently and also had the same problem is also advised to return it. find it amazing that an organization keeps producing and selling defective grates, and that a company like Amazon goes along with the practice. The latest update is now available. This is the only grate I can find that is the same size and flat, so I will keep it. In order for it to work, the middle of the grates must be supported so that it does not sag or With the help of a fire brick, I'm doing this. The value of mine is 1 The thickness of the fabric is 1/4 inch thick, but not 1 inch thick If you start using the grate right away, before it starts to sag, 1/2 inch should be about right.
It would be nice to have a small grate for my woodstove, one where I can lift the logs off the bottom of it to make the fire burn better. The reviews I didn't listen to were intriguing I regret not taking the time to watch them more. It has been a week since I've used it, and already the middle has started to buckle, and I presume that it will break before long as others report. It does not matter even if a product is stated to be made of cast iron if the construction is of poor quality. While I am not an engineer, I would reckon that a middle foot of wood and/or cross bars would be required to give it more support. Eventually, I plan to build something that will last more than a week or a month by using my own design and finding a local blacksmith who can build it for me. This might be the item for you if you want something decorative to put in a stove that you never use to burn wood.
Do not understand why everyone is having problems with this. I have burned this hard and hot for a month and had no issue at all. My laptop has been on 24/7 since I bought it.
Overall grade point average. This is a piece of junk, so don't waste your money on it. As soon as the first day passed, it bowed in the middle. Steel supports were necessary to support the middle, or else it could have sagged to the bottom. I regularly notice that the stove is losing a little bit of efficiency each time I clean out the ash. My pair of shoes already has several cracks, and I am certain they will soon end up in the trash. A $2 price tag on this piece of garbage made in China would be overpriced. I was so disappointed and the money I spent was a total waste. The P was a waste of money. Instead of wasting it on this, I should've gone out for a steak and a few beers. My name is P and I purchased it. We are in the month of December, which began on 1/3/2018. I promise you'll never do it again!.
There is no room in my fireplace for more than a few pieces of wood at a time, so I burn them all at once. The "cast iron" grate is drooping in the middle in the middle now, and it has become rather visible. When I realized this, I had only been using the app for a week or so. It is said that iron softens at a temperature of 1400 degrees F. A real cast iron tub shouldn't melt at temperatures over 1000 degrees. If the wood is oak, that should be much higher.
It is a Logwood 1261 stove and I use it The pipe is a bit shorter than the stove and doesn't go all the way to the In addition to burning hotter, the stove seems to produce less ash as it burns more completely. Even so, the stove is not a tight burner so it goes through a lot of wood still, as one would expect. This grate will certainly improve the efficiency of I've edited it A good product, but after 5 months is bent and cracked in two. The sort of thing you find in the garbage. The attached photos show the situation.
It has been 5 times since I used it, and I have not seen any of the problems others have This is what I needed as the grate in my original fireplace was worn out and I was unable to replace it easily / inexpensively so I bought and installed this on top of it. Great. Worked like a charm.
