I used to have this fan, which was not exactly the same but was of the same brand, and it was a very quiet fan that did an excellent job of cooling the room. When used with an air conditioner, you can use lower settings on your air conditioner because the fan will effectively move the cool air.

This fan is good for the summer, it's 40'high, and I use it to replace an old one. Sometimes I don't want to waste electricity, so I open this instead of the air conditioner to save money. I bought this tower fan because it looks similar to the one I had previously. The item matches the description to a tee. My bedroom is where I keep it. I'm not a big fan of the air conditioner. LED is akin to Sauron's Eye

PROS: The fan is quiet and effectively cools the room. CONS: br>br> The LED light is far too bright to be used at night in a bedroom. We must cover it with a piece of cardboard, rendering the remote inoperable. The base also appears to be extremely fragile, despite the fact that it is only a two-dimensional structure. Part hollow plastic disk, part flimsy "neck" If it is accidentally bumped into or knocked over by a child, I can easily see it cracking.
