Although it was difficult to remove the water, I was able to unscrew both screws that held the pump in place and clean it. It's especially difficult for me because I'm elderly and don't have anyone to help me. Once you've removed the screws, make sure they're clean before reinstalling them. reinstalling the screws

It originates in China.

This fan has been with me for a few weeks. Its features have me impressed. the show Due to poor ductwork that traps heat, I needed something that would circulate air and cool down hotter areas of the house. could help to humidify the air, which would help my sinuses, which are chronically dry. All of these things are handled admirably by the fan. (1) Using the fan It has a good range of oscillation and is powerful while remaining relatively quiet as a traditional oscillating tower fan. In comparison to the fans in my other towers (e. g. , e. g. , e. g. , Lasko), it has a much larger opening for the fan to blow air out of, resulting in improved air circulation. Humidifier No. 2 The fan is equipped with a high-quality blade. A fill feature allows you to add approximately 1/2 gallon of water to a reservoir beneath the fan, which is then pumped to an area behind the fan. When the fan is set to "wet," it blows slightly moist air into the room, which helps to cool the area below the fan. This is a fantastic feature because it prevents my sinuses from drying out while also avoiding the excess moisture that a dedicated humidifier would provide. (3) Cooler air: The fan also includes two small blue plastic containers that can be filled with water, frozen, and placed in the water reservoir for cooler air. The temperature is displayed on the fan control panel, and the iced water quickly cools the room by 5 degrees F when the fan is set to "wet" mode. This isn't going to be a full-time job. a full-fledged air conditioner that quickly cools a hot room to freezing temperatures and keeps a space super-cool cold. This fan was not made for that purpose. However, it will effectively cool a stuffy space without the high electric bills associated with a small air conditioner. In a typical-sized business, Because of the size of the room, the temperature drops to the point where I have to turn off the "wet" mode after about 20 minutes because it becomes too cold. The remote control is fantastic. There are three types of air circulation: automatic, natural, and nighttime. 3 fan speeds, wet/dry mode, and a timer (none of which are explained in the manual). My only long-term concern is the possibility of mold growing inside the fan where the water is pumped through. The reservoir tray does not completely remove (which would make cleaning more difficult). It's a lot easier to drain), but it's also a lot easier to keep clean. Using a small towel, soak up any remaining liquid. On the bottom front of the unit, there's also a useful water level indicator.
Many options for balancing cooling fan power with variable speeds, noise levels, oscillation, cold water chilling air, and the convenience of the remote with timer appeal to me. To fill the tank for the first time, you'll need several gallons of cold water. Also included are blue freezer ice packs. The box was well packaged, and the only step in the installation process was to attach the wide plastic base with four screws. Simply keep an eye on the water level to ensure that it remains above the minimum marker. To cool the air more efficiently, it appears that a large amount of water is required to circulate from the base to the top of the tower. I recommend purchasing this item for hot days!.
I recently relocated to a location where there is no air conditioning. I didn't want to get a window-mounted portable air conditioner because it's so unsightly. I looked into evaporative or swamp coolers, but I'm not sure they'd be effective. I read somewhere that it would work well in California, so I looked into swamp coolers and found this. I chose this because it is visually appealing (it appears to be very modern and sleek) and because I can use it as a regular fan if I don't want to use it as an air conditioner or cooler. In addition, when compared to others, the price is a little lower. At first, I was skeptical, but I was pleasantly surprised. Although this cooler is not an air conditioner, I was pleasantly surprised by the cold air it produced, particularly when I added cold water and "ice. " Even when I'm on the other side of the couch, I can feel the air. It did, however, lower the temperature from 78 to 70 degrees, according to my calculations. I didn't get to see if the temperature dropped any further because it goes into sleep mode after a while, which I like, and the remote is a nice bonus. The only drawback is that the water tank is located at the bottom, making it difficult to see the water line; however, this isn't a major issue because I can now roughly estimate how much water I require. I'm very pleased with this purchase, and I'm thinking about getting a larger evaporative cooler.
No matter how high the water level is, this thing leaks.
There were only a few of this product- I'm so happy I did. Excellent value for money This is fantastic! I'm looking forward to a hot girl summer in a swanky new digs!.
A few design tweaks are required! With the cooling feature, it was used in a 12 x 11 foot bedroom. I could only get the temperature down to 73 degrees using ice cold water and both ice packs. It was simply too hot for the unit to cool it down any further. br>br>The packaging was excellent. Should be saved for future storage or relocation. I'd change a few things. Because the water drawer is located at the bottom of the unit, filling it with water or ice packs is difficult. The water level for cooling is shown through a thin window that is far too dark. The level window must be clear if the water level is not to exceed a certain level. Last but not least, the top of the drawer has a handle for pulling out the water "drawer. " It would be much easier to open and close the water "drawer" for a tall fan like this if the finger slot was in the middle or at the bottom of the deep "drawer. " Otherwise, thank you very much. br>br> If you need to cool a larger area, this is the unit for you. This isn't going to cut it; you'll need a swap cooler. While the cooling is adequate, the fan features are extremely useful.
After "maybe" five minutes, the air conditioning turns off, and you have to keep ice packs in the top to keep cool. If you are in a very hot room, however, it will never cool down. This is not a good investment of money or time. With refunds, the seller is difficult to work with. Every time I tried to get them to send me a label, they kept offering me a little more money, but not the full value, and the request I made, which was to send me a label and refund my total amount, the last money offered was half of what I spent plus returning it to them plus paying for shipping. This machine is for you if all you want to do is sit up and change the ice packs.
