I am impressed with how well this has been written Made of modern materials, the fan is clean and stylish. Setting 1 on the normal scale It is only the higher setting that moves enough air, as 9 are very quiet. Boosted airflow can be obtained with turbo high (H) setting, but this setting creates a louder but still acceptable volume of sound. An oscillation angle of three is offered and the fan head can be tilted. During operation, the digital display will automatically turn off ONLY when the fan is running. When the fan is not running, the display is always on (with slightly dimmed 0) and will never shut itself off when the fan is not working. It is very distracting when it is happening at night in a dark room (my solution was to turn off the fan at night when it is not in use). The manual and assembly instructions will make assembly quick and easy. The clean and nice looking remote control allows you to control all the features. We are in the middle of summer, and the fans are constantly turning. The system feels very quiet, and so far there has been.

WOW, this is truly one amazing fan! I loved how easy it was to assemble, and how it stands in for every detail in the description! The turbo's are great - A MAGNETIC REMOTE CONTROL WITH AN INSIDE BATTERY Best of the best! The LASKO fan I bought a few weeks ago is one of the best of them, as well as the five I have bought in the past three weeks. THERE IS NO WAY ROWENTA WILL WIN. A slight breeze can barely be described as strong. It was very difficult to figure out the assembly instructions and diagrams but I managed to do it. We found one half stripped screw in the screwhole. In terms of height, fan does not reach very far. It is smaller than expected both the fan and the blade. Plastic is a light material for the blade. What a wonderful idea! I really like the way it moves the air. Despite its weight, it is quiet and does not tip over, making it a great addition to the home. The pedestal fan is heavier than any other one I've owned but I find that to be a blessing as well. It is possible to use it without the remote so don't freak out if it gets lost.
