I was looking for a room fan that would be quiet and keep my otherwise saunalike room cool and not hot, and this was exactly what I needed. One of my biggest concerns was how well it was built and the quality of customer service for this particular product. It has been over a year since I bought it in November 2018 and I wish I had pay attention to previous reviews about it breaking down after just one It was about two weeks ago when I was in that same position when I found that the motor stopped working and the blades completely ceased to turn. Now I am fanless and short $50. Clearly the manufacturers are aware of the bad quality of their product, which is why the warranty only lasts one year. Several customer service reps were in contact with me and not only were they unable to give me straight answers, but the last one refused to help me at all. All I want is just to have. I'm at work. Become a fan. Anyhow, these people are heartless, and just for this fan, it doesn't make any sense to make a fuss. You can trust me when I say yours will fail after a year of reasonable use.

It has been two years and the fan is still perfect and the airflow is fantastic. This is a five-star product. The other one is on the way. *My only reason for giving it four stars was because the first fan they sent me was missing parts, but I got a replacement fan much quicker than I expected. On the other hand, this fan has an amazing feeling of air. Due to the fact that I live in Florida, my room gets really hot during the day as there is no shade near my house. Even though I did so much research before purchasing this fan, it still blew. Finished product looks great, and there is no more to say. When I was unpacking the fan, I thought that there is little chance I would be able to repack this item if I had to return it. It might have been their plan to sell these items in this way. My computer was unpacked, plugged in, and all seemed well. A few days later, I started actually using it for the reason I bought it in the first place. The fan keeps plenty of air moving when it's on low, but it barely makes a sound when it's on. As for the construction of this fan, it is made out of a metal cage and has a super sturdy base (most are made out of I like it, one complaint I have is that it's about a half foot shorter when adjusted to its maximum height setting than my last fan, but I can live with that. The blower on my wood stove broke a few years ago, so I am using the radiator to circulate heat.
