There is more I assembled it in less than ten minutes (it was very easy). This fan has three height options as either the top fan screws directly into the solid base or it is used with one pole (1x12") for a medium height or with two poles (2 x12") for a tall standing fan standing 4 1/2 feet. With 12 different speeds, virtually no noise, and three different head tilt angles, you have 12 different options.
