They have so many regulations controlling everyone and everything that it has devolved into a dictatorship that the public is unaware of. You can't have it, you can't do it, you can't buy it or own it, you can't fix your car or boat on your own, and so on. It's not surprising that they all charge you an air tax for each breath you take. California has declared OZONE Generators to be dangerous and shipping them to the state is prohibited. Change your state of residence.
A timer is a counter that counts down the number of seconds until the end of the countdown. Set the timer for how long you want it to run, and it will turn off after that. br>br>Interval is a timer that repeats a cycle. It will repeat ON time for the amount of time you specify every number of hours. I'm a little impressed with this item because I've worked with oxygen generators before. Please be aware that o2 gens are not suitable for everyone and that failure to follow the warnings can result in serious injury or death. From electrocution to irreversible lung damage, there's a lot that can go wrong. br>This device is small, fits perfectly in the bottom of a 5 gallon bucket, is the size of a child's shoebox, and is very light, allowing it to be easily hung up with minimal reinforcement and ingenuity. It also has a very appealing gleaming finish with a clearish color. The controls are placed in the front and are simple to use. The fan has a plastic cover with a fine steel screen (be careful, it's sharp), and the cover has plenty of room for a carbon prefilter (cut your own). Make sure to put the filter in first, then the wire screen, with the screen between the fan and the prefilter. Both the o2 and the fan are variable/adjustable. Even on the lowest setting, this unit produces a lot of oxygen. br>What irritates me is that the display's backlight is always on, even when the unit is turned off. Controls should be on a lighted black panel with extremely small text that is difficult to read even in a well-lit room. Additional timer settings of 30 minutes every 6 hours and 15 minutes every 2 hours, as well as dust seals around the edges of the front and back panels of the device, which would reduce noise and the need for internal cleaning. This device is not designed to collect dust, but it does so by nature, similar to a bug zapper. If you're looking for dust, use a dust-specific filter in conjunction with this device and you should be able to achieve excellent results.
So we tossed them outside for a few hours, set the timer for 2 hours on high, and walked out the door. We returned a few hours later, opened the windows, and to our surprise, the order had vanished! This is a product that I strongly recommend.
This product was chosen because of all of its settings and power, and it did not disappoint. It's fantastic! I needed to get rid of cigarette smoke in a house, and it was gone in a matter of hours. To maintain freshness, I now just keep it on low.
The ozone output and digital control attracted me to this unit. The ozone output appears to be adequate and strong. Logic is missing from the digital display! You'll see a lit-up BLANK display after plugging it in. The current settings aren't displayed to you! You won't be able to set it up unless you press the power button, which causes Ozone to be produced and blown in your face. It is not safe to breathe in ozone. I'm not happy with my purchase; it appears to be nice, but other units appear to be nice as well.
This tiny machine has proven to be extremely useful. We have several rental properties where the tenants have moved out and there is a weed smell or just plain dirtiness, and this clears it up in a matter of hours; one was even growing their own plants, which caused a severe odor. I gave it a five star rating because the scent isn't particularly pleasant, but that's okay because it works so well!.
You can set it to cycle on for an hour every 12 or 24 hours, but you can't choose when the cycle starts, so you'll have to turn it on and set the cycle yourself. It's impossible to schedule it for a later date because of this.
It stopped making ozone after about 7 or 8 months. The fan turned on when I turned it on one day, but there was no ozone. It's now merely a pricey small fan. I reached out to the manufacturer, but have yet to hear back. It was great when it worked, but it only lasted a year.
We're both non-profit organizations. We're both smokers, so we're both sensitive to cigarette odors, and ozone generators work to eliminate them, though some are more effective than others. Over the years, we've owned a variety of ozone generators of various brands and capacities, and we've discovered that this one outperforms them all! We've recommended this one to a number of realtors who have used it to help freshen up homes they're selling, and they've all raved about it. br>They're also fantastic for car interiors! br>However, pay attention to the unit's warnings! Keep all people and pets out of any rooms where you're using an ozone generator, and it's also a good idea to remove any plastics from the room, as ozone can react strangely with older plastics. br>Best wishes - Bob.
