The cabinet is fully assembled, other than the one piece of backsplash that needs to be attached to the countertop at the back of the cabinet using screws.

I do not think so. We have a very nice cabinet in our staff breakroom and it is the focal point of the room. It's a very good cabinet, which I highly recommend.
