I received the missing parts today and installed them without any problems. Due to inconvenient circumstances, I took away one star. In terms of quality, I expect the furniture piece to be of the same quality for the price I paid. But I only gave it a two-star rating because it was missing two vital parts that were necessary for attaching I got an email from customer service confirming that the new parts had shipped. My husband called customer service, and they said they were sending the parts out. I have not yet received a piece of mail or an email.
