As far as chair quality goes, I wasn't looking for anything special, just something my body can support. Even after assembling on a hardwood surface, the cover material was flimsy and broke in a couple of places. This chair does not even have a level adjustment paddle and it does not work. The height adjustment feature cannot be used either with or without the device. It may not be a good idea for me to return this chair because of manufacturing and quality issues. The seller requested that I pay for shipping, which could be at least as much as A complaint has been made regarding the pay return issue. I am waiting for a resolution. It would not be a good chair to buy for anyone.
It is comfortable enough to sit in. There was a bit of extra work involved in installing the arm rests, especially since the arms extend out from the chair.
