We have just updated our product to appeal to those who are taller. While this piece will work for this individual size, we now have another model specifically designed for those who are taller. Engage has a large surface area, and you can adjust the tilt of the headrest forward so the headrest is always aligned with your neck while you are working on your computer. Based on your individual needs and desires, we are happy to assist with answering any questions you may have to ensure that the model you choose works

Sherman Miller does not make this product. Since it is designed so that it will fit practically any Aeron chair, it should work just fine. Your chair can be finished in a variety of ways to match the finish on it. There is no way that your friends and neighbors will ever suspect that it's not original, and everyone will wonder how on earth you ended up with an Aeron chair with a Headrest. The fit and finish are good, as well as the quality of the construction. Herman Miller's Aeron accessories attach to the frame of your chair in a similar fashion to the Engineered Now headrest. There is no need to modify your chair, it will not damage it, and its warranty should not be voided by this installation. This adjustment allows for three different options. In addition, the headrest is adjustable forward and back by swiveling the arm supporting it, which can be locked positively into place with an Aeron-style latch. You can adjust the style by pulling the After it has been set, it should not slip. The Allen socket screws may need to be tightened in order to get it correctly positioned. You may need to pry off the plastic caps that cover them. Make sure not to overtighten them due to the fact you won't be able to fully engage the latch lever, and it won't hold. Secondly, there is an angle of tilt for the headrest. This is on a simple pivot, without a locking mechanism. There may be a small amount of looseness. The screws on either side of the pivot on either side of the pivot can be tightened by prying off the covers and twisting the screws This screw cannot be accessed with the Allen key supplied with the headrest Having a large Phillips screwdriver is necessary (such as a #3) will help you. By using a smaller screwdriver, you can damage the screwdriver and the screws at the same time. When prying the screw covers off, it is possible that they will be damaged. A spare cover and a replacement cover are included. An oxide-finished surface or a powder-finished surface would have appealed to me more It's coated with Allen-type tape There are a few head bolts here, but no cover. The third adjustment is straight up and down and this is the weak spot of the headrest. It is just a straight sliding adjustment without a locking lever, and if it is too loose to tighten (like mine is), then there is no way to secure It's still a challenge for me to find a company that doesn't I've been looking for a nondestructive solution, but have not yet come up with In the event that you were certain you would not move the object again, you could perhaps apply a drop or two of petroleum jelly.
It is absolutely horrible in terms of design, and is not worth it at all. I was not able to keep this unit in place. It allowed my head to slide down freely when I rested it on the right bar that moved the headrest up and down. It makes a terrible cracking sound when you move the headrest up and down, and the clamp doesn't line up with the edge of the chair perfectly, which is not acceptable for the price. Also, you cannot wear headphones with this headrest, since the curve is extreme. It is an absolute waste of money to spend $150 on Engineering and design are poor, and execution is poor. If I were to buy this product, I would probably pay $30.
I have owned this headrest for a little over 3 years and have a few gripes that I am aware may be subjective. There is no denying that the materials on this chair match perfectly and it does look great. Curb appeal, however, shouldn't be the only factor considered in As a general rule, getting the chair to a decent angle for my head to rest without constricting took a great deal of adjusting. With most headrest configurations, my head is pushed forward at an uncomfortable angle, which is counterproductive to how my spine naturally wants to relax when I lean back in To get the right angle I have to stand up, change the angle, sit down and wait until it feels right. I have to do this over and over until I get the right Also, when you receive the product, most likely, you'll need to remove the screw covers and tighten up the screws to ensure that your headrest does not lose its configuration upon sitting There is no adjustment feature on this headrest and it misses the ergonomic target, so I feel it's riding on the Herman Miller Aeron name, so they doubled the price of what it's worth and missed.
