I was a bigger guy, so I needed a chair that would support my weight. As it stands, this chair fits the bill and more for the price, and is just as comfortable and supportive as other office chairs. It's wonderful to sit in this chair! This reclining chair is very comfortable, sturdy, and has an amazing reclining feature. The chair is quite nice looking, however, at first it was sent in the wrong chair, but they let us keep it because they put it on their credit card. Their response was very fast, which I really appreciated! I then found out that the chair did not have directions on how to use it when it arrived. Fortunately, we already knew how to build these, but it was still a little bit of a pain for us. Additionally, they didn't send shipping with the chairs that they sent. All in all, though, it is a We just wish we didn't have to deal with these hiccups!.

Since I am six feet three and a half inches tall, I was just not comfortable in that chair. It happened to be that I also had a friend who was looking for a chair and it would fit him perfectly, as he is 225 pounds. The problem with shipping is not being handled by customer support. forgot to have FedEx pick up the FedEx shipping label for a week after creating it. They were broken up when they arrived. There was no way to follow instructions. In terms of comfort, the chair is pleasant, and the construction is satisfactory. The seller wouldn't be able to meet my needs in the future.
