Despite loving the chair, I feel the little wheels drag and cannot It's not like I'm a big person. I'm only 160lbs. Somehow, though, the little wheels don't seem to turn as much as they should. might be another reason I have a hardwood floor, but if that is the case, I should invest in better wheels. It may be better to use rubber wheels rather than plastic ones. Yes, I agree. I knew that's why it didn't roll and has been dragging. The floors in my house are always clean, so that can't be it.
