That is not the case.

I'd like to know what kind of material the crib and furniture are made of. Is it made of wood, plastic, or something else? If it's made of wood, is it pressed wood, pine, or something else? Is there any paint that doesn't contain any lead?

I would have bought a less expensive set that was already assembled and worried about getting a bed later on if I had known how much it would cost to convert the crib to the next level (i. e. toddler bed then full size) if I had known how much it would cost to convert the crib to the next level (i. e. toddler bed then full size). It was very helpful that the set arrived sooner than expected.
