This dresser is not for sale because I don't want to come out and tell anyone not to. With this purchase, you do get what you pay for, and that holds true for the previous purchase as well. Aside from being delivered in a timely fashion, we were very satisfied with the dresser purchase. We chose the cheaper option since our budget allowed us to do so. We were fortunate that we hadn't returned the first dresser, as when the 2nd dresser arrived, it too had pieces that were damaged beyond cosmetic repair. Hence, between the two of us, we were able to complete the assembly of a I say you get what you pay for, but I believe the quality of the dresser is what makes it worth the price. As well as the pieces that came with it I noticed some of the screws were catching on the drawer slides as the drawer slides weren't fastened on well. Overall, I won't repurchase that product but for the reason I stated we bought it due to our financial situation and our need for it, so I gave it 3 stars and Amazon was extremely helpful with returning and sending out the new product, even though it too was damaged.

I was hopeful that the packaging would not have been damaged when it arrived. The pieces were noticeably damaged in several places. The pieces they sent me were positioned in places I could hide, so I did not feel obligated to send them back or wait for new ones. Hopefully the manufacturer will take notice of the reviews and do something about the very common issue everyone appears to be experiencing. Having put this together, I'm pleased with how it looks and I am satisfied with my purchase in general, especially considering the price. However, beware your dresser will arrive.

It has been a while since we heard anything. With the help of my dad's handyman tools (he works in the construction industry), we were able to repair the drawer side. Although it's not as smooth as it should be, the drawer needs to be lifted up every so often or it can get stuck, but for now it's still functional. This is something I do not recommend. This changing table has been difficult to use. I got a dream for my crib and it was fine, but I've had nothing but hardships with it.

As I mentioned before, I was a bit hesitant to buy it. Even though the reviews were bad, in my opinion, the matching crib was the best option. I decided it was worth a shot so I purchased I was blown away by this. There was no damage, nothing was scratched or anything, the box said fragile and everything was fine when it was delivered. This is the natural finish I got. There were no disappointments for me. There is not a single company at fault for an inadequate shipping handler. It was really worth the money to have the changing dresser.

I received several rude messages. I have responded with photos each time, only to be told that if they feel I'm qualified for a new part and if they can find one laying around they will replace it. That's a kind of service, is it not? It is not feasible for me to wait around since I am due soon, which is why I am grateful I have carpenters in the family who could help out!.

While the reviews weren't so great, even still I decided to give this dresser a shot. I decided to keep the product, as I got lucky in that the pieces I received were damaged on the interior/drawers and fixable with super glue, and I did not want to hassle with the return process. It appears two parts of the drawers are damaged (screws that are missing and a broken piece of particle board near the roller attachment). It is not very sturdy on the inside, mostly particle board and flimsy. The visible parts of the dresser are all wood. I found assembling the drawers challenging. In part, it was because we received damaged parts, and partly, I needed a little guidance on when to use and which screws to use. It was, however, relatively easy to build the frame.
