Though I like how it looks, the craftsmanship is poor, so I took off one star. For the drawers to fit together, we had to redrill the holes once again since the ones that were already there were not deep enough. Adding this to the process increased the timespan from what could have been a two-hour task to an all-day one, and I will be calling Delta customer service this morning to find out what happened. I am very sorry to hear this. With the exception of the drawer, all the parts of the sides and back, as well as the top of the table, were fairly easy to assemble.
Although this table is nice, it does not deserve a 5 star review. This step stool is extremely stable and has a great Although the instructions seem to be unclear to some, they are actually quite In my experience, the product was free of damage or paint defects, but assembling the drawers proved to be difficult due to the fact that if the drawers were not square, they would stick out from the cabinet No drawers were flush with the cabinet face when closed when the cabinet was first assembled. As for the first drawer, it only stuck out 2mm, and I was able to fix it by taking it apart and then reassembling it. The drawer I had to shim to square up was sticking out so far from the cabinet that it required shims attached to the slides. Although this drawer sits flush, closing it is not as easy as it used to be. It is only a slight error in the final drawer, so I am going to ignore On the whole, I think this is a good product, but the assembly is not as easy as it should be.
All we have to complain about is the mistaken labeling of some screws by Delta. Step 1 of the process requires them! I am not trying to make a big deal out of it, but due to a mix-up, We damaged the wood on the dresser as a result of our downfall. Thanks to the fact that the screws poked through to the surface, you won't be able to see how far they went. After planning out and making sure we had all the pieces, we assembled everything, but I highly encourage you to DOUBLE CHECK that all the screws are labelled correctly before you lock it together!.
This dresser is very nice! Although it's heavy and sturdy, it was pretty easy to put together. (My husband had to help me because it's heavy. ) To store some of the baby items and to have a place for the baby to change downstairs, we opted to get this for our living room. We found it to be the perfect size The size is just right for our decor, not too large nor to small.
After finding several parts that had been mislabeled, I finished assembling the dresser for the third time. Taken only one photo, which caused the entire side of the dresser to break off (the shorter screw was labelled as the longer screw, and the longer screw as the shorter screw). As the instructions say, tighten it until it pokes right through the particle board. Not a pretty picture, and you'll have to deal with the manufacturer and not Amazon for this. Those who want to avoid this should avoid.
I have everything I need, including screws and pieces. While the first direction is a bit misleading, it can be determined by looking at the pictures and It's a little less sturdy than it needs to be, but it is To keep the furniture safe, you need to lean it against the wall. I thought it was perfect for its purpose, perfect size. But it wasn't too heavy either.
There are a lot of pieces, so it takes five hours to assemble it. It is recommended that instead of using a drill, an Allen wrench should be used. We had much more success with a drill, however. This led to some confusion at first since two of the steps in the directions were reversed. Upon assembly, however, I found it to be a lovely product. The height is good for me (I am 5'9") As far as diaper changes go, I don't feel like I'm bending over very much. The product was excellent and I would definitely buy it.
Warped boards were delivered with this product. My interaction with the manufacturer revealed that the parts were out of stock and they would ship them as soon as they became It's been almost 2 months since I have not received any communication from you. did manage to assemble the piece with the warped parts after a lot of pushing and prying from my husband, but the drawers have an odd opening and the whole thing looks weird. However, it is a shame since otherwise it would be a very charming price.
