Selected User Reviews For Mellow ADAIR Mid-Century Modern Loveseat/Sofa/Couch with Armrest Pockets, Light Grey
I bought two of these sofas and am very pleased with them. They're fantastic - Due to the lack of back cushions, the seat depth is actually greater than many of the sofas we looked at, making them more comfortable. They're stylishly versatile, thoughtfully compact, comfortable, light, and simple to put together. The only drawback I can think of is that if the fabric on the seat cushion gets dirty, you can't unzip it and wash it. Aside from that, this is a fantastic sofa for the money. I'm very pleased with my purchase; it's actually more comfortable than my previous Crate and Barrel sofa, and it's a lot less expensive.
This couch does not have adequate support. When the three-year-old adjusted his weight while sitting on it, the entire couch creaked and wobbled. br>br>I was extremely dissatisfied. br>br>It's cute and simple to put together.
It's a small sofa that's ideal for small spaces and is simple to assemble and move. There isn't much of a difference between the two. The fabric is of good quality, with a lovely clear grey. Each cent is worth its weight in gold.
Simple to assemble It appears to be of good quality, but it is considerably smaller than I anticipated. You're not going to be able to cuddle anyone. There was barely enough room on the couch for me to lay down and watch television. To make it even worth sitting on, I had to purchase an ottoman. It would be ideal for a small apartment or something similar.
Is this the Pottery Barn leather super cushioned 800lb chair? Is this something you want your 50-pound child to be jumping around on? No, but do you want to try out that new Karma Sutra/Tetherball move with your partner tonight? No, but it's ideal for use as a couch, and it's simple to assemble even with just one person. It's a little more difficult to sit on than some other couches, but that's okay with me. For the best results, add an ottoman, but I have no complaints and would highly recommend it for the price.
It'd be ideal for a room that's primarily used for decoration. It's not completely unpleasant, but it's also not pleasant. In terms of depth, it's far too shallow. It's starting to lose its cushion after being used as a primary couch for a few months. Except for a room that is only used a few times a year, I would not buy it again.
Because I am petite, this is not an issue for me. Yes, it is firm - This changes over time; we've had it for a month and it's much more comfortable nowbr>But it's SO easy to put together (I did it alone, and I'm 5'10" and 100lbs), it's super cute, the fabric is nice, and it's fairly sturdy for the price (my 4-year-old jumps on it all the time). For the price, it's a fantastic little sofa. br>However - to put it bluntly - Expect nothing less than a $3000 couch in terms of quality, comfort, and size.
So far, I'm very pleased with my purchases. I bought two of these loveseats for my small, city apartment's living room. Their small size is ideal for my small living room, as larger couches would have taken up too much space. We bought some couch pillows, which provide all of the extra comfort I require while lounging, and I like their sturdiness and firm support. These are my recommendations for a good small couch that will fit in a small space.
